Card is beautiful, one star deducted as it was a bit crushed as envelope it came wasn't very strong. Change your packaging and it will be 5 stars.

The product is lovely, good choice, and nice card you can write a message in. It did take a little longer than expected to arrive, but great otherwise.

Customer service
Wrong address on my Apple Pay, which was my fault. Noticed this immediately no way to change address or any support to change my error. Customer service non existent. Very disappointed.

Delightful product…
Just a little crumpled in the corner of the envelope due to flimsy packaging whilst posting. This luckily didn't affect the card which is delightful
