Thank you for your review. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment with the socks. As these do not have elastic at the top, sometimes customers do find that these are not the right product for them. Others love them.

We do appreciate that these may not be the perfect fit for everyone, so should you have any unworn pairs that remain within the packaging, please feel free to return these to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Dear Customer,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the socks.

The nature of the softop socks having no elastic means that they are designed not to grip too tightly around the leg. Unfortunately, due to this they are not suitable for everyone.

We do offer socks that do not feature a softop which may be more appropriate for you, please find these on our website should you wish https://www.peterchristian.co.uk/accessories/socks/ .

If there are any unworn pairs in their original packaging that you would like to return, you can do so within 30 days for a refund/exchange.
