We’ve dealt with Peter Clarke for many years and they’ve always been amazing. Emma Zyko especially….any issues we have with our rented property is sorted super fast. I genuinely can not fault them and would highly recommend them. Keep up the great work!!

What a shame I have seen a property i like in Stratford-upon-avon went to Peter Clarks in Stratford upon Avon and was told unless I have sold my property or at least sold it subject to contract they would not show me the property that I came down to have a look at so disappointed How can you possibly know if you like a property without seeing it (it’s not like you can just walk past it. It’s in a gated area) maybe another estate agents will be a better way to go Madness

The team at Peter Clarke have been outstanding. The care and attention shown from the moment we walked into the Chipping Camden office right up to completing our rental agreement was brilliant. They took time to understand our requirements and circumstances offering relevant and extremely helpful advice - this was excellent customer service. They identified a perfect property for us, based on the information we provided to them, then supported us through the reference and contract process.
All staff members were courteous, helpful and very professional. Communications including verbal and email / electronic updates, including links to necessary forms and checks, were clear and contributed to a seamless process. Kerry and Chloe went above and beyond to help; they communicated every viewing and the associated feedback promptly and worked harder than our solicitors to ensure the sale process proceeded as smoothly and quickly as possible! My experience of this Company is comprised solely of my dealings with Sara Jordan (Branch Manager of their Leamington office) and Pav Hayer (Company Negotiator, of that same office), both of whom were instrumental in bringing to a successful Completion the sale of my late father‘s property, a few weeks ago.

Peter Clarke were excellent estate agents throughout my tenancy. They responded quickly when I was looking to view the property, very responsive during the process of preparing contracts, etc, quick to deal with any issues during the tenancy, and helpful and professional when the tenancy came to an end. As many companies transition to automated and AI driven customer service models it is wonderful to find a business that still operates through direct personal contact, understanding its customer's needs and going above and beyond to meet these.

From initial consultation, through to celebratory completion phone calls Camilla Smith managed my sale in exemplary fashion. Despite many difficult issues arising in the inevitable chain of sales downstream Camilla was able to offer pragmatic solutions, broker agreements and actions, and most importantly take the lead in chasing and following up both solicitors and agents down the line. Without this level of engagement I am certain the deal would have collapsed.
