We instructed Peter Clarke in the sale of 2 houses towards the start of this year and both had their challenges. The sales team at PC tackled every challenge that arose and diligently saw both sales through to exchange and completion. We do have other properties in Stratford-upon-Avon and will have no hesitation in instructing them in their sale once they fall vacant. Excellent service - thank your PC. Nigel.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my property thanks to Pav. From start to finish, she was efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. She clearly knew the process inside out, and everything ran so smoothly because of her expertise and organisation.

Communication was always prompt, and she kept me informed every step of the way, which made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable.
Without doubt, this has been the best experience I’ve had with an estate agent, and they are way above others I’ve dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a property.

My experience of this Company is comprised solely of my dealings with Sara Jordan (Branch Manager of their Leamington office) and Pav Hayer (Company Negotiator, of that same office), both of whom were instrumental in bringing to a successful Completion the sale of my late father‘s property, a few weeks ago.

In short, these two young ladies were absolutely exemplary and made the entire process bewilderingly straightforward and painless. From the outset (and throughout) they were utterly professional; genial, dependable, trustworthy, reliable, kept me fully informed of all developments and were always infectiously encouraging and unfailingly optimistic.

They were a credit not only to Peter Clarke Estate Agents themselves, but also to a profession which is very often viewed in a somewhat dim light.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone faced with the prospect of tiptoeing through the minefield of Estate Agents in this area; you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better level of client-focused service.

Peter Clarke were excellent estate agents throughout my tenancy. They responded quickly when I was looking to view the property, very responsive during the process of preparing contracts, etc, quick to deal with any issues during the tenancy, and helpful and professional when the tenancy came to an end. Karen in particular was excellent.

Pav and the team provided my family with a excellent service throughout our purchase. Appointments were on time, we were regularly updated, Pav, especially was proactive in getting our sale through in a timely manner, communicating with us and regular updates. Last year I sold and bought my new house through Peter Clarke and had a wonderful experience. I specifically want to thank Pav who is wonderful. From initial consultation, through to celebratory completion phone calls Camilla Smith managed my sale in exemplary fashion. Despite many difficult issues arising in the inevitable chain of sales downstream Camilla was able to offer pragmatic solutions, broker agreements and actions, and most importantly take the lead in chasing and following up both solicitors and agents down the line. Without this level of engagement I am certain the deal would have collapsed.

Outstanding in every way, I cannot recommend Peter Clarke and especially Camilla enough.

I used Peter Clarke Chipping Campden for my house sale.

- I always spoke to someone different. I didn’t have a consistent point of contact.

- I felt quite pressured surrounding viewing times. They were aware that I was living alone and worked full time.

- I had 2 letters posted through my door from prospect buyers saying the either couldn’t get a hold of the agents or they were told I was under offer (I didn’t have an offer at that point).

- I moved out prior to completion. I never received a “Good luck” or “congratulations”. My last email literally says “thanks”

It just seems my sale lost the personal touch that was sold to me initially. It wasn’t a caring process. Nevertheless though, they sold my house and that’s what they’re there for.

We chose Peter Clarke at Wellesbourne as we liked how Kerry and the team came across to us, they were genuine and interested in us as the seller. They were professional in how they operated and were respectful of all parties involved throughout the process. Our main contact Chloe kept us informed of progress every step of the way, but we also noted how the rest of the team seamlessly picked up any queries we had too, which indicated a good team who worked together well. They are real people who you can speak to or even visit in branch, and who phone you back too, and not just provide email updates on an online portal, which we liked! We would certainly use Peter Clarke at Wellesbourne again.
