Peter Harrington レビュー

The book you sent to me via Royal Mail never arrived.

I am sent books regularly from John Sandoe via Royal Mail. I also receive books from abroad.
I have never lost a book before.
Did you make the mistake of indicating that the book was expensive?

I'm really pleased with my purchase. The book arrived quickly, very well packaged, and in perfect condition. Great communication throughout and a smooth ordering process. I'll definitely be ordering more, highly recommended.

Neat and fast

Always a pleasure to deal with Peter Harrington books.Quick, safe shipping. Excellent item. Can’t wait to sink my teeth into the book.

Very fast delivery and excellent communication! AAA+++

I needed the books on a specific day and they made sure they were dispatched to ensure that. Books were in perfect condition and packed beautifully.

Exceptional service, fast delivery.

Excellent service from Annabel at Peter Harrington. Helped me to source a book as a retirement gift - very good customer experience from start to finish. Thank you.

My family was looking for a notable book to record the achievement of the grandson accepted as a Mathematics undergraduate at Cambridge, with also successes in a local digital games league, a regular winner, and above all repeat MVP winner. Beyond the family's skills (bar one other), it's not surprising that the league game is one of erudite logic, but disturbingly MVP stands for Most Violent Player, so the many club members are glad to see him depart, very touchingly, on a wave of their congratulations.
Peter Harrington through their most kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff contributed the idea of a first edition of Charles Dodgson's "The Game of Logic". Interest was maintained throughout by the two granddaughters, realising that Dodgson was one and the same as Lewis Carroll. To them this made CD acceptable as the author of "Alice in Wonderland". So in deference to CD/LC's more famous book, a number of family cooks picked up the idea of a Jam Tart party, successfully held as the book was examined.

The only significant downside to this transaction to live long in the memory is that CD was a mathematics tutor at "The Other Place". Even Peter Harrington can not solve every problem, but they are thoroughly forgiven.

Second time I’ve purchased something. Couldn’t have been more easy! Loved the prompt, personalized attention.

What an utterly wonderful place. I haven’t even made a purchase yet and they’ve already gone way beyond expectations.

I certainly didn’t have an impressive budget but I made an enquiry anyway. I was hoping, at most, that they’d direct me to a more realistic item in their stock or tell me my budget just wouldn’t work.

Instead, I received a thoughtful message, no judgement, with links to trustworthy sellers and tips on what to look for.

They even followed up with some extra little hints and tips and really, it was just done with such kindness.

I received my emails signed from Ralfs Bekis so thank you directly Ralfs. I’m sure though, given how thoughtful the messages were, that this must be the sort of customer interaction the whole company promotes.

I really can’t speak highly enough of them. Thank you for not making me feel intimidated or foolish. You really should be so proud. Clare.

Good selection. Price was reasonable. Book mailed promptly.

I appreciate the follow up emails and assistance with international couriers and the timing of shipping.

The shipping is stressful as the books are in the hands of third parties who have no idea what they are handling.

The credibility of PH is absolutely critical to my purchasing. Reputation is everything.

Good customer service, book arrived promptly in good nick as described. Thanks again.
