I had to move and leave my old urologist behind (sad to see him go), but I've been on the same treatment plan, pretty stable, for about the past 5 years. The process was very simple. The dashboard is nice (I would have loved to had that if I was a new patient, or new to TRT), the call with the doc was simple enough. We reviewed my previous labs, current scripts, and it was just that easy. Now I don't have to worry about losing a doctor anymore when I move, or I'm out of town, and it's a good price point. Customer support is friendly, and they always get right back to me with any questions/concerns. The only thing they could do better...is if they could hand deliver a girlfriend to my door. Now THAT would be some great service. But short of that, they do everything else on point. I've never been with an online company before, but...I can't imagine there being a better one than this (which, is obviously why I picked them)...unless, anybody knows of any that also can help me with the girlfriend thing, lol...no seriously. They are great, and I do have a strong background in medicine (completed MS1 and MS2 years of medical school before dropping out and going into business for myself), so I have a strong understanding of medications, etc... they're totally legit.
