From the initial sale with Derek the car we required was acquired quickly and at a price that was acceptable. there was a slight delay in delivery of the vehicle from the initially agreed date bout this was due to colour and an agreement was made to change the colour to get the vehicle.

This was my first time leasing a car. The process was straight forward and easy to follow.

Alison Molloy kept me up to date via email with the progress of my order and my car arrived earlier than planned which was a welcome surprise.

First car ordered didn’t appear that it was available as there was a recall on it so this delayed the whole process. Once we choose another this was quick though the paperwork confusing and appeared to not be sent in order but got there in the end

I can't say enough good things about the Peter Vardy Leasing Team. The steps were simple and clear to follow. I had no trouble understanding anything after Brian's thorough explanation, and Alison quickly and efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork. The courier, Ian, cracked jokes and was really friendly. He explained everything to me and showed me around the car. The service I received was excellent, and the car itself is great. Since I opted for the basic scheme all I'm missing are electric mirrors and parking sensors.

Really good delivery, and really good communication. Would have been a perfect 5 but the car did turn up a little dirty. But that’s because it was driven 100 so not really their fault.

Delivery of vehicle was three weeks from order point and the communication and assistance from the delivery driver was excellent.

I came to Graeme Clacher stressing about needing a car ASAP, ie before the end of May ( I'm writing this on the 17th of May ) I had been let down by another company previously and wish I had came to Peter vardy from the start. Graeme listened to my needs and after an hour or so came back to me with the exact car / spec that I wanted , a task that other company's had failed at miserably. I had finance approved promptly. Graeme handled all of this with minimal input from me which is great as I can't always answer the phone during working hours. I had a few forms to fill out - no waiting 3-5 working days for a response. I filled the forms out , got approved and the car was secured. It doesn't get easier than that. If you are looking to lease a car , look no further than graeme at Peter vardy leasing, honestly do not waste your time with these other cowboys out there.

I bought a Mini Clubman from Peter Vardy Edinburgh's Seafield Road branch and I was very please with the customer service.

The person who helped me with my decision to buy the Mini was Leona Kieran - she was helpful and engaging with my queries. On the test drive she was knowledgeable about the car and without doing any "hard sell" tactics, she was instrumental about my decision to purchase the car.

The person who did the handover, Claire, was also helpful and knowledgeable in answering my queries about finances as well as other concerns. I would give both the sales staff scores of 9 out of 10. I didn’t buy car as was too long a wait for the car I really wanted however the staff here could do no more for me. Dealt with Tommy who wasn’t pushy and was very honest that lead time for my dream car was longer than I could wait. Decided to buy nearly new used car but will definitely return to this company when it’s time to renew.
