Despite paying for next day delivery, two separate orders have yet to arrive over 2 weeks later. There was an initial response from the owner with a generic email explaining that the stock listed on the website was incorrect, and I believe we had resolved the issue by changing the colours ordered. However there has been no communication since, and over two weeks has passed. Thankfully, I paid by credit card - but I hope this is quickly resolved.

Just received my first order of the adult changing robes and I'm extremely impressed!! They are warm, comfortable and perfect for camping trips. Also super fast delivery. Will definitely be ordering some for the kids! Thanks so much

I have previously ordered a towel from a well known brand and whilst they are very good quality they come with a high price tag. I apprehensively ordered two towels from Pethstore as an alternative. They have arrived today and whilst I haven’t used them yet I am pleased to say the quality feels 5* (on par with the other brand.) The customer service was also very good- I would highly recommend.

I was quite disappointed when I opened the package after ordering two of the jumbo microfibre changing robes. the quality of the embroidery is poor, even their own logo hasn’t been down to a high standard. the zips on the side keep pulling open from the middle after i’ve zipped them up, clearly poor quality. when putting it on when wet it sticks to my skin, which i’m assuming is a gesture of microfibre, but a small snag was met with a ripping sound from the stitching somewhere. at this point i took a look at the label and as suspected…. made in china.

i honestly don’t get what the fuss is about. mass produced item, bulk bought from china and then hastily embroider in cornwall.

delivery took longer than expected, quality fell short by a long way, especially given the cost.

Super customer service. Brilliant product. Have a towelling robe and then bought some of the pack away towels that are sand resistant. Beautiful stripes colours. Pack away so small. Wasn't expecting them to dry so well being so thin but dry brilliantly and dry out so quickly. I don't think I'll ever go on a trip or beach day without them! Even got a free one! Love them so much

I ordered a robe as a last minute gift for my partners Birthday, there was a minor issue with the order which Jordan dealt with quickly. Item was dispatched and delivered within 2 days. The item is great quality and will be much used!

Ordered 3 robes, there was a delay initially but communication was fantastic and they threw in a free towel for the wait. We have a camper-van and the robe has improved showering hugely… instead of showering and changing in a small cubicle I simply throw on my robe and head back to the van!

Fantastic company, I love my towel robe and I thought it was a lovely touch that it can be personalised.
It feels great to support a small company too!

ordered on 14/6 spending over £80. supposed to be delivered within 3 days. still not received on7/7 and nowignoring emails, a week ago claimed they would resend on 24 hour delivery then stopped replying . Avoid or at least use a cc so you can get a refund. hopefully I'm the exception but it's very suspicious

The original robe got lost in the post but Jordan was really responsive and when the robe arrived it is great - looks good, super practical and just what I wanted

Just got my changing robes on the bogof deal, super quick delivery and a fantstic product very well made and gtrat quality. Used the at the lake openwater swimming and they are nice and warm, dry you quick and dry off nice too...Highly recommended

I bought two robes as part of a special offer. There was a slight delay but they also communicated about this really quickly and gave us the choice of either removing the embroidered names to get the order quickly or waiting. We chose to wait as having the names is such a nice touch! Once received the robes are really nice - very large and the zipped pockets are also a really nice feature of the robes. One other item was not available and they issued a refund. I would definitely purchase something else, I am looking at the towels.

Again, great quality, and with a full length zip. Keeping the hair tidy..No pulling the robe over your head, and easy to take on and off if you overheat
All in all, I highly recommend this company, for the best robes ever, at very affordable prices

I ordered 3 changing towels and 3 travel towels as gifts for my daughters. They love them. The towels are thick and durable, but dry quickly. The zipped pockets are a brilliant design and great for car keys etc. The customer service was personal and delivery was timely. I will be using this company again.

I've bought 4 robes from Peth now, all as gifts, and all a huge hit with recipients. It's a small company with a big heart - efficient service, regular email updates on progress of orders, and fast delivery. All of the robes I've received have been very good quality, roomy and very comfortable. They offer some great bundle deals too.
