Ordered a tank and jellyfish with a cost of nearly £1700.
Started off ok, company answering questions etc.
Tank arrived with a crack on the outer plastic but very small and cosmetic only so chose to inform the company but it wouldn't be seen so left it.
Then we noticed the LED lights wouldn't change colour, company said they would replace. Then the next day we found the tank leaks. We only had the tank 2 days.
Company will refund but only if I pay the shipping which I am not responsible for. They are NOT UK based which is how it looks on their website.
Tank is not fit for purpose, company wants me to just glue it.
Am now going through citizens advice, trading standards and my bank.
Since buying this have seen lots and lots of bad reviews and been told of issues with them from other people.

I ordered them in January this year, they turned up dead in a bottle in February. They then told me they weren’t shipping them till March now because it’s too cold for them and they would freeze to death. (How inhumane to ship them knowing this) the pump was also faulty. Long story short, they refused to refund anything, all they offered was that I had to wait for potentially dead jellyfish again. Which I didn’t do because what a complete waste of money. They had no remorse at all, they did not care . Absolute waste of £350. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY.

When it comes to Jelly fish they are the best. Awesome aquariums and the service is the best.

Great quality Jellyfish as compared to other companies that supply them. They arrive larger than other companies and healthier, in really good shape.

Also, customer service is superb, always responsive in case of queries on order shipments!

I would agree with several other posts on this site. This is a scam. They have no issues taking your money and then do not ship the product. They have excuses every week it is to ship, they do not communicate with you. You are told a ship date, it never happens. You, a the customer have to ask the status of your order, only to then be told it will not ship due to several excuses (they are too small, they were over salted, they are too small again). It is a scam...DO NOT ORDER from them. I started this process in March and still have not received the product

I ordered 3 Blue Cannonball jellyfish for my son. Marine is a new venture for us having kept freshwater for years.
The jellies were ordered very simply and communication was excellent to arrange delivery overnight in the correct day. The delivery was immediately preceded by more useful information.
The jellies arrived packaged beautifully and in perfect condition. My son acclimatised them according to instructions and after 3 days and 3 meals they are looking stunning.
We find ourselves staring at them for hours at a time.
Thanks Adam and petjellyfishuk. We'll be buying again soon I'm sure.

It took close to a month to ship, they shipped on the WRONG DAY, and I did not get the food that I ordered either! I was told I’d get an extra jellyfish or an extra order of food, neither of which I ACTUALLY got! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I am currently trying to get a refund, and will end up having to dispute the transaction with my bank b/c this company won’t give it to me(I just want a refund for the food I did NOT get & shipping!) WON’T BE ORDERING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Addendum: this was NOT an issue of a “UPS DELAY”, it was an issue of sending it on the WRONG DAY! I had to take off of work, go home & get the jellyfish off of my porch b/c I wasn’t home when they arrived. Otherwise, I honestly don’t know if they’d still be alive. Communication was poor at best, and obviously the members of the company don’t communicate with each other b/c I’d be told one thing by one person, and something COMPLETELY different by another! My 1 star rating STAYS because of everything aforementioned! There in NO WHERE to post about the US site, so I will NOT be taking my rating down. This company needs to seriously think about the way they conduct their business, because it is NOT conducive to getting repeat customers!

Our first jellies arrived yesterday, all healthy and well. They we fed, and slowly introduced to their new forever home. The tank had been cycled for a little while as the jellies were delay due to the colder weather - we consider this great animal husbandry rather than a frustration. Communication is excellent. Small touches like the booklet covering jelly health set petjellyfish in a league of their own. Thank you and look forward to an ongoing relationship!

Brilliant! I’ve been searching to buy jellyfish for a while and decided to buy from here.
They arrived quickly after dispatch, and with a heat pack & insulation to make sure they didn’t get too cold in transit! The company also sent me information for sick jellies which I found really helpful- I’ve bought jellyfish in the past and was given zero information about them (it was my first time with jellyfish).

The jellies arrived active and looked in good condition as well!

I can’t wait to watch them grow.

I'm writing a one star review as my packaged arrived with no jellyfish. I emailed and will change my review if this is made right but right now I feel like this is a scam.

I have been buying jellyfish from the petjellyfish guys for several years now and they always come in perfect condition. I can recommend this e-shop to anyone who is thinking about marine aquariums. thanks and all the best.

Not based in the UK for a start.

Jellyfish tanks are not fit for purpose. Opponents break by the time replacements are sent out your jellyfish die.

Oh and forget trying to get a refund. They asked me to return my tank. I did.

No refund or new tank.

Huge waist of 700 pounds.

Great communication and advice really quick delivery.

Buying from PetJellyfish has been a truly great customer experience for me.
Before I placed my order, I read all the articles on the website about keeping jellyfish to be prepared. The purchase itself went smoothly, the aquarium was delivered on time and I assembled it easily. I let it cycle for 15 days just to be sure, added bacteria and some BBS.
After 15 days, I wrote to the PetJellyfish team about the jellyfish, which were delivered the next day.
I currently have 4 beautiful jellyfish in my aquarium that are a joy to look at. If I had to rate my purchase and overall experience at PetJellyfish I would give 5 stars, mainly because of the quality products, beautiful jellyfish and good customer service.

"Pet jellyfish" gave very good support and provid very good quality jellyfish.
Delivery the jellyfish not long and Packaging very protective.

Before my purchase I messaged and was replied to with politeness and helpfulness.
After my order I again asked so many questions and was helped straight away. Everything I needed was in the starter pack (apart from the salt tester) and covered in the video. I was on holiday at the 2 week mark so asked if the jelly delivery could be delayed and there was no problem. So happy with the tank and the jellies, they look amazing. Would recommend 100%

My girlfriend and I decided for an aquarium with jellyfish quite recently, and the O16 model caught our attention. Our jellyfish are truly amazing and stunning, we never thought we would have jellyfish at home. The delivery was fast, after cycling the aquarium, the jellyfish arrived the next day. Thanks again to the entire pet jellyfish team for all your support and I wish you the best of luck in the future.
Ps. We are currently hatching our artemia, it seems to us that the jellyfish grow better.

This company is truly remarkable! They have an amazing range of beautiful jellyfish and tanks that, for a first time jellyfish Keeper, are super easy to set up and maintain! Anytime I had any questions, I sent an email and got my questions answered in great detail and usually within under 24 hours (on weekdays).

In addition, the jellyfish arrived quickly and safely, as did the tank and all promised components! Furthermore, I’m surprised at how well priced the jellyfish are, they are extraordinarily priced for the amazing creatures they are and for how long they live. The tanks, while some are certainly on the expensive side, are good quality and if you are serious about the hobby, will be worth your money!

Overall, great quality fish and tanks, justifiable prices, and tremendous customer support. I could not be more pleased!

I have always dreamed of keeping jellies and didn't realise there was actually someone who could make my dreams come true. I have kept a number of aquariums over the years but didn't have a clue about these little guy's. It all started with an enquiry to Petjellyfish with a very patience Adam. He answered all of my questions, worries and general madness regarding be able to keep them. They were answered quickly and he made sure I understood them all. Everything arrived as promised and on time. I spent most of my evening sat in front of the aquarium, they are very cool indeed. Thank you so much petjellyfish

I have now ordered both live food and 10 Moon Jellyfish from PetJellyfish. I have ordered from others in the past but I have found the quality of Jellyfish and Customer Service to be the best I have encountered. Adam and Willy were always happy to answer questions / queries and is a very friendly person.

I'm now at maximum capacity for Jellies, but I wouldn't hesitate in buying from PetJellyfish again. And I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to others.

If you want Jellyfish go to PetJellyfish - you will not be disappointed.
