I had a few problems with the product but the company made it right

My order was missing parts. When I contacted Customer Service via email, they took days to reply and said the missing parts were a "promotional item". This was a lie because the items were listed as included parts on the instructions brochure that came with my order.

Great correspondent and fence was as described… it’s perfect to keep my little one contained after surgery.

It was easy to order, very affordable and it is sturdy. Excellent product

Our pieces came damaged one entire box. I attempted to contact your company but my email went unanswered. I need a new box of fencing and your company doesn’t care?? I was going to order 5 more boxes but not now!!!

It was so easy to install dog enclosure and gates. Sturdy and great color. My dog stays safe now.

Easy to install

The fence came quickly. It was of good quality and easy to put up. The problem was two of the three gates had latches that were faulty. I am hoping the company can fix this.

Still waiting for delivery. I’d rather not give Amazon my money but guess I should have if I expected delivery in a reasonable amount of time. Terrible service! How about a refund and I’ll shop elsewhere?!!

Fast service and received everything we ordered.

Fence does the job to keep my dog away from our boundary fence where it meets the neighbors dog.
