Super company

Super, personal service and the product is top notch. Buying online is such a minefield these days, but I would without a doubt recommend Pet Prestige. It's not the cheapest on the market (nor the dearest), but you get what you pay for, which is what counts. My dog loves his new more enclosed bed and if he's happy, I'm happy.

My dog loves her new bed

My dog loves her new bed. Great customer service. It was held up by the postal service so the bed didn't arrive for my dogs birthday but my concerns were answered very quickly. Perfect bed for curling up in over Winter and it looks much easier to clean than the fluffy donut beds.

Absolutely excellent to deal with and


Absolutely excellent to deal with and super efficient.
The cave beds are such good quality and very well made.
Arrived very quickly and I now have 3 very happy dogs!
Cannot recommend highly enough.

I can’t recommend Pet Prestige UK


I can’t recommend Pet Prestige UK enough. I placed an order and Nathan contacted me within 24hrs encouraging me to double check my order so that I could reduce the chance of needing to return/exchange for a different size. This was super helpful as I had actually ordered wrongly. A considerate and highly efficient company. Dog bed arrived well packed and protected within another 48hrs. So happy! As was my Vizsla!!

Great Company

Really lovely bed cosy and warm for my gorgeous black cat I love to watch him in it he looks so comfortable all curled up

Look No Further, Best Dog Bed Ever🀩

Fabulous product and great quality. Very happy with the dog bed and so is my dog. she loves her bed and hates to be taken out it in the morning as every day is a duvet day😆

Good service and quality of cocoon bed

The seller gave me a chance to change size which worked in my favour. It arrived promptly, and is good quality. It's very soft and the dog loves it.

Very good delivery experience

Very good delivery experience, very quick and well packaged
Bed brilliant, very good quality.

A lovely bed, but communication could be better.

I loved the bed when it arrived so glad I bought it however it took a long time to come with very little information provided. I was expecting delivery within 3-5 days when I ordered on 13 Aug. I got a message a few days later saying it would arrive by 21 Aug as there were delays with the supplier. Then nothing. When I chased on 23 Aug I was told beds would be shipped that Friday. I finally received it the following week, on 29 Aug.
