Poor customer service terrible delivery company’s pay for a 3 delivery still not here almost 9days after I ordered emailed they 3 times today still no reply hi another 3 emails and still no reply save your selve the hassle shop elsewhere

Quick delivery, well packed. I like the subscription service and you can adjust it whenever you want, as well as good savings. A good selection of dog foods and treats. They are my go to dog supplies company as I like they are a UK business.

Petshop ran out of stock for the item I ordered and i did not even get an email informing me that the order would not be fulfilled. They have also added on £2.99 delivery when i chose the three standard day free delivery option. Their delivery is also very slow. Viovet sell my product for the same price and do not charge delivery fees if you spend over £37 which is not a lot and they deliver within one day or ordering. With Viovet you can also sign up to Complete Savings and get cashback.

Having been let down by another online supplier I turned to Petshop.co.uk. If only I had purchased from them before. They will DEFINITELY be my go to supplier in the future.

Love this company and the huge variety of its products. Great service, easy delivery, wonderfully priced and mmmm..... yes I probably spend way too much on my furry room mates but their worth it. Been a customer for a while now and wouldn't go anywhere else.
