Amazing quality!

Amazing quality!! I am so impressed with the quality of the clothes that I ordered they are so beautiful! My delivery came really fast and it was all very easy to order! PEX were brilliant with any queries that I did have and were easily available via phone and email. I can’t wait to continue using PEX and would never go anywhere. Once again thank you!

Just a little disappointed

The quality of the clothes is no where near as good as other suppliers I have used previously, the sizing is also very small fittings. Every item I have sold so far the customers have gone up a size which makes it difficult to sell them online. One pack arrived with incorrect sizes which they won't exchange unless I send pack the whole pack - I already have sales for some so I am unable to.

Just a little disappointed as the clothes were more expensive than I have paid before so I expected the quality to be amazing. The delivery and service I can't fault.

When you contacted us about the additional size in the pack we offered you a refund or exchange but did not hear anything back from you. You did not mention any query about sizing or quality so we are surprised to read your review. If any customer has an issue with our products we will always offer a full refund or replacement, all you have to do is tell us what the problem is !
