My experience during withdrawal some of my savings

I contacted the team today to request a withdrawal of £7K from my savings. They promised to get back to me within 48 hours with the required application form and information about the timeline for receiving the money.

I feel that the withdrawal form should be available online or accessible immediately to investors, so there is no need to wait 48 hours just to receive the form and then start the three-month process to receive the funds. Making the process faster and more accessible would improve the overall experience and attract more investors.

I will update my review in two days once I receive the form and further details.

The person who assisted me, Muhammed, was extremely helpful and supportive. His service was excellent, and I would give him 5 stars. The 3-star rating is related only to the system and process, which I believe need improvement to make things easier and more efficient for investors.

After filling the form, the confirmation email arrived in less than 24h

I am now waiting for my 5k.
Once I received it I will edit my review.

Mr Taimour representative

Mr Taimour was very knowledgeable and hats off to his patience as I asked him many questions away from the topic and still he managed to listen and answer them accordingly. The best thing I liked is his way of explaining with scenarios and examples. May Allah bless us with guidance and give us more success.

Home Purchase

I purchased my home towards the end of last year with Pfida and overall I had a positive experience with the team.

From the outset, they provided a strong customer experience which I really appreciated. They set expectations properly so I understood each stage of the journey and their communication was professional throughout. They also helped navigate any issues in a supportive manner.

It’s fair to say that the overall process to purchase a property through Pfida can be longer than the average process in the UK. However, they are open and transparent about these timelines, right from the start. Over the past two years, I’ve also seen clear efforts from the team to improve and streamline their processes.

I would recommend Pfida to anyone looking to purchase a home through a Shariah compliant structure. Their honesty, integrity and ethical approach to finance really stood out from start to finish. It’s important that we support businesses like this that are committed to helping people buy homes in a principled and ethical way.

Swift, professional communication

Swift, concise response during email communication with Taimour. Still on the waiting list currently. It is still the only home purchase product I'm fully comfortable with, bearing in mind the faith and principles associated.

Alhamdulillah, we completed on our house

Alhamdulillah, we managed to complete on our house a few weeks ago. I would like to thank the team at Pfida, including Lily, Manjuman, Richard and Raza (and everyone else involved) for pushing this to completion.

Taking nothing away from other vendors, I felt the most comfortable with Pfida's product design from a shari'ah perspective.

In terms of the process, there was a lot of communication which was good. Raza (Pfida CEO) was extremely communicative and took the time to keep me updated In the latter stages which did give solace. We were kept up to date with changes, requirements etc which helped us to get things done our side.

We did face a delay with the completion, primarily due to the new renters bill which came in to force last year which meant Pfida had to re-design their product in line with this bill. However, I was contacted by Lily & Raza himself who kindly explained the situation and pushed to try and accelerate things (I've heard timescales should improve now with this new HPS product).

Overall, I am grateful we finally managed to get it done and I hope they continue to grow in strength.

I did not know that Pfida does not operate in the United States. Taimour Shahid the agent that called me, I’m sure knew this but did not disregard my inquiry, still took his time to explain their product to me, and was very professional.
For anyone interested in halal mortgage, in my research, this product is halal but limited time for repayment is the downside in my opinion.

Invested £1000 in the grow your savings


Invested £1000 in the grow your savings scheme with the view to purchase a home with them. My circumstances changed and they gave me a full refund wit hin a couple of months. Above all they proved they are trustworthy Muslims and conduct themselves with integrity. If the ummah were to invest their money with them, like building societies. This could be a game changer as it would eliminate the waiting list
