From our first contact, they have been really professional in all aspects of dealing with us, they have kept us in the loop all the time. They arrived early, did everything they promised and more and made our daughter's prom the very best experience possible. We cannot rate them highly enough. The car was out of this world and the chauffeur impeccable!

We hired a back rolls royce for my daughters prom last Thursday as both her and her friend wanted the wow factor and they certainly got that! They loved the number plate with their names on which they got to keep and communication was excellent I would highly recommend this company for a special occasion car you certainly wont be disappointed

What a company from enquiring to the day of the event constantly kept in touch and ensured that we had everything we could need and travelled 3 hours to get to us
Hired the RR Ghost for our daughters prom traffic was horrendous for the driver to get to us and we were kept informed all of the way of any hiccups driver she was polite friendly and very helpful she made sure the journey was perfect and the finishing touches of the personalised show plates and ribbons made it even better she even taken pictures for us of our daughter in the car we cant thank her enough

My husband and I were blown away by the RR phantom we had for our wedding day in May. The service was outstanding from Phantom Hire, they phoned the day before to check the details and then on the morning of they also rang with their ETA. The car was exceptional and added to our theme and vibe of the day. 5* service and would highly recommend.

Chauffeur drove on Eid day for a catholic funeral. I really can’t fault the service. Thank you to the driver and Phantom team.

Excellent car and the driver was brilliant, they took me and my young boys out for a spin in the car near the end of the hire time.

We had our walimah on the 13th November. The service we had from phantom hire was exceptional. We booked the Rolls Royce series 2 ghost the car was very comfortable and beautiful on the inside and the outside. We also shopped around and they gave us the best quote. The chauffeur arrived to pick us up at the hotel on time. He took us to the venue on time. He went out his way parking right on the front of the venue just so that we can enter the venue easily without going up the stairs. The chauffeur knew the local area really well and helped avoid us being stuck in terrible traffic.
They looked after us very well and we love the number plate they gave us.
Will definitely book again in the future.

Honestly I was amazed by how professional and helpful these guys were. They knew exactly what they was talking about and honestly made sure we was happy. I’m particular want to point out the young lads customer service. I believe his name was Uwais literally made sure we was satisfied and looked after us well.

This was by far the best hire company I have been to me and my daughter had a splendid time as we were being chauffeured around the city by our amazing driver overall a 11/10 experience highly recommended :)

Absolutely amazing customer service booked the cars last minute due to my original cars being canceled. My cars and confirmation was sent within 5 minutes and the cars arrived on the day with ribbons and a number plate which was free when you book the cars with them and the chauffeurs were dressed better than some of my guests!

Just goes to show how much effort and time they put into there work as all this was done in such a small space of time which i am very grateful for and will definitely be recommending to my freinds and family.

Was recommended by Marigold and a friend to book with Phantom Hire and i was so glad i did. My car was the only car booked with Phantom Hire and it looked the best. My fiances cars were cheaper and were booked from elsewhere but turned up late and the chauffuers were not the best to speak to. My reason for the this review was to thank the sales team at Phantom Hire for sticking to there words as agreed when booked and making my special day even better than expected!

Booked x3 Rolls Royce Dawns from Phantom Hire and i have to say at the start i thought they were slighly expensive than most companies out there as i was getting cheaper quotes when i was shopping around but when i called and spoke to the sales team I instantly felt at ease and spoke to some really knowledgeable guys who really know about there cars.

I wanted something which wasnt really common but classy at the same time so they recommend the Rolls Royce Dawn. I still had a feeling it was too good to be true so i asked if i could view the cars in person where they then welcomed me to come down to the showroom. I came down to the showroom and when i say they had one of the cleanest / organized showrooms i have ever seen i really mean it, after being in the car trade previously and going to the big Volkswagen & Audi Showrooms I definitely know how they are meant to be presented.

They offered me coffee & water upon arrival and welcomed me into there office.

From there everything was just amazing and i just paid the deposit after such a good impression.

The cars turned up on the day ontime and looking amazing.

Cannot thank Phantom Hire Enough!

Terrible communication from the start from Ace who never calls you back. Paid £550 for a Phantom for my sons Prom on 27th June. Driver was a lovely chap a credit to them. However Phantom turned up with all 4 wheel centres missing making it look scruffy and incomplete. Emails ignored till I mentioned I was leaving a review then Adam called and was quite rude. Said I was not a genuine customer and it was not their fault they got stolen the day before. If I was that concerned I should of turned car away, he had done me a favour sending it etc. Too late notice to turn the car away when the prom is in half an hour obviously. Shocking attitude even said I will come to your house and talk to you face to face. Very condescending saying what do you want? Didn't think it was a genuine complaint to send a car with bits missing. Even my sons mates noticed and laughed about it. Five minutes later he calmed down and called to apologise for the way he had spoken to me. Offered £50 refund, come and see us and have lunch in the showroom [ I said we wouldn't be doing that as too far] Then said send me your address and I will personally send your son a gift to apologise. I emailed my bank details and address and got the refund. I thought I will not leave a poor review if they stood to their word and did what they said. It is now 18th of July and no gift received so here is your review.
It is a sign of a good company how they handle things when things go wrong. I have been ignored, insulted and let down by false promises, not an opinion, a fact. I have not given a one star review as I did get a £50 refund. [I would of rather had a complete car that looked better in the photo's obviously] I have taken 3 stars off for the car, the ignorance [both email and phone calls] and the attitude when I complained.

Phantom hire went above and beyond for my sons prom, the car was amazing and the driver was really friendly, everything from start to finish was handled perfectly and everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly, I highly recommend phantom hire for all your special occasions
