We are really sorry about the stock issue on this occasion with your order. As a newer vape website stocking a huge range of products, sometimes stock discrepancies can happen, although we are continuously working on improving this.

One thing we’ll always prioritise over making a sale is being honest with customers, which is why as soon as we realised the issue, we contacted you straight away, offered alternatives and a free upgrade, and when those weren’t suitable for you, we processed the refund immediately with no hassle. We’re glad you were happy with the speed at which this process was handled.

We completely understand your frustration and do apologise again for the inconvenience caused. We will definitely be using this feedback as an example for us to keep striving to provide a better 5-star experience for all our future orders.
