There was a problem with my delivery
from DPD and Antonia of Pharmacierge
was excellent and sorted it out straight away, so I received my package on time .

I was so heartened and impressed by the level of service that Pharmacierge went to when I called them about a medication I had been prescribed and had difficulty obtaining. I was asked to drop an email with my requirements (which was on a Saturday when I telephoned) and by the Monday morning I had a reply. Not only had they made several enquiries but they'd even contacted the drug's manufacturer for information which they very kindly passed on to myself. I had made enquiries with a few pharmacies but only Pharmacierge came back to me. They clearly care about their patients and I was so grateful to them for coming back to me so quickly with much needed information.

I know the team of Pharmacierge for two years and they are very professional and more than happy to help with any question or issue. For example, I made a mistake with the address for delivering my medications and one of the team, Georgia help me a lot, she was on the case to make sure that the medications will get to the right place and showed plenty of dedication and kindness!

I checked with them before paying to have meds delivered outside M25 as I had an appointment in London. Price adjusted, paid for and then ready for collection just a short time later.

Context: My bladder is really painful with the urge to void every 30mins. I have read that the longer I go without this antibiotic, the greater the risk of kidney infection.

I made the payment first thing in the morning and messaged Pharmacierge during the day explaining why I need this urgently . Instead they gave me a late delivery window, 9pm - 10pm, I found this odd given that I made payment first thing in the morning and requested an earlier delivery slot explaining my situation.

I waited patiently albeit in pain.

However at 930pm I received another email saying delayed delivery had been delayed indefinitely.

I requested a prescription from my uroligist yesterday morning.
At this rate it seems it will be at least 48hrs from the time I made a request for medicine to the time I receive it.

I am astounded at the poor service if this online pharmacy but equally surprised that my urologist has used it.

I received my order very quickly. I was delighted with such perfect communication and action from the company.

Pharmacierge is a superb pharmacy and I have used their services on many occasions now. The staff are very professional, competent, compassionate and reassuring. The efficiency is excellent. This is the most incredibly efficient company with extremely polite staff. Fantastic service.

Have used this company several times. Works okay when they have the item you want in stock, but in my case they frequently did not and that's where the lack of interactive website for consumers and lack of communication lets this company down. Maybe I have just been unlucky, but I can't recommend this company for anything other than the most commonly prescribed medications, and for those you may as well use a local chemist - most of them accept private prescriptions in my experience. Not a premium experience in any obvious way.

Great service and quite low cost at least for the generic medication I needed. Quick and easy, including for remote prescriptions for doctors.

Five stars. There is no one like Pharmacierge. They are amazing. So efficient. Wouldn’t be without them for my 9 year old son whom has autism, adhd and depression. Next day delivary. Staff are always so helpful.
