Excelente relación calidad/precio, y envío en plazo.

Call themselves pharmacy for pets ES but won’t deliver to the Balearics, said it is too expensive. I offered to pay for DHL but they refused. The Balearics are part of Spain.

I ordered pet medication from this company and 12 days later received notification it had been delivered to me or someone authorised by me.

This was not true.

The item had been sent via DHL and Correos Spain allegedly.

The company asked me to check with neighbours but I already did that and as I have no door postbox and was in on the day in question I am finding the lack of action whereby they sort out their problem with their courier irritating and accusatory.

Couriers usually take id or some proof when delivering so if they did not then they can’t expect purchasers to bear the brunt of their incompetence.

I can’t recommend a company that makes customers jump through hoops for their mistakes.

UPDATE:

Correos gave my package to an unauthorised individual who works on the estate I live on and he forgot to give it to me.

The box was also opened by someone.

My dog missed his medication because the delivery person made no effort to ensure I knew who to seek out by leaving a message under my door or in my mail collection box.

Not a good service (hopefully not common) and the seller whilst not directly at fault should ensure medication/drugs are not handed to a wrong/random person.
