I called in as needed to speak to the pharmacist the lovely lady at the counter asked if she could help so I said I need to speak to the pharmacist she asked me to take a seat and that the pharmacist would see me and minded if I could wait 10 minutes I sat and waited the lovely lady called Noreen called me in she was so lovely asked me some questions checked my blood pressure and explained everything to me she gave me a prescription for some antibiotics I cannot fault the friendly staff at pharmacy health especially Noreen and the lady at the counter sorry I donât know her name the customer service is exceptional thank you so much for going above and beyond xxxx

A well laid out environment and very helpful staff, Sandra who carried out the procedure was brilliant, she explained everything clearly before we began and kept me informed as she went along.

Not customer focused
Since pharmacy health took over the service has become worse. The dispensing system they use is not patient focused at all. If you see the doctor next door and they send a prescription you have to wait the next day for your medication. This is because the doctors send it through electronically, they accept it at yhe pharmacy, then it gets sent to a different system for dispensing. Its ridiculous and just means you spend more time in discomfort and/or in pain.
Not only this pharmacists at rockwell dont even offer dignity for customers seeking advice. Consulting a woman about a rash in front of other customers. Honestly its a shambles and staff look right through you, never a smile. Like they dont want to be there. But why would they when customers are so unhappy!
