I bought a 7.5mg Mounjaro pen after going through the evaluation process and received it the following day after notified dispatch. The package seemed to be smaller than others, and the cool pack was not even partially still frozen. The package was not warm inside, but it was definitely not chilled, and so I put it straight into the fridge (set at 5deg C), to cool down. Due to the price increases, like most people I had ordered several pens from different pharmacies to cache up at old prices, and only started the Pharmaesthetics pen 5 weeks ago.
Over the ensuing weeks of use my weight loss stalled and food 'noise' came back with a vengeance, leading me to believe that maybe I would need to increase my dose at the next purchase. However, I still had one 7.5mg pen from another supplier left which I started on Saturday, and by Monday the difference was like night and day. The mental noise disappeared, I was again disinterested in food, and that fast onset full up feeling was thankfully back.
I had checked the pen authenticity upon delivery, so my suspicion here is that there has either been a break in the cooling chain of storage at the pharmacy leading to deterioration, or that the damage was done over the 24hr dispatch and delivery process due to insufficient cooling capacity of the package design. It didn't arrive warm, but it was certainly not in any way chilled.
I am expecting to be told that everything at their end is fine and that the packaging is sufficient, but the clear difference in efficacy between the 2 pens of the same strength cannot be argued with, and so a significant problem does exist somewhere in the process.
This stuff is too damned expensive to get shafted, and I can confirm that what felt like going cold-turkey from 7.5mg was an unpleasant mental experience. Had I not had a remaining 7.5mg pen to use, it might also have lead me to pay much more ordering an unnecessarily higher strength replacement that may have resulted in unwelcome side effects due to the increase.

I have used this company for several months and not had any problems. My last order had to come on a specific date as I was away. It did. I shall continue to use them as long as the good service I have received continues.
BE CAREFUL. Iâve ordered from this company twice and have been very disappointed with the packaging on both occasions. The medication is sent in the smallest wool pack of any company Iâve used and with a single freeze pack, which both times arrived fully melted. The first time I was in for the delivery, so it had melted within a day. Second time I was out (no notice), so it melted within 2 days. I complained to the company both times and they insisted all was fine but Iâm not sure. First time they also said theyâd take it up with delivery company that only one freeze pack included - but same happened again. Iâve had zero suppression from either pen. Could be me or could be the poor packaging, Iâll never know for sure. But their poor packaging and lack of concern doesnât inspire confidence that the cold chain is not being broken en route. Cheaper but is it worth it?
Edit: And a typical response from them. Why does every other companyâs medication arrive with freeze pack(s) still partly frozen - to ensure cold chain not broken. No one else worries about medication being TOO cold in transit.

In my personal experience, the handling of my order was very disappointing. Delivery failed twice (first with DPD and then with Royal Mail), even though I was at home on both occasions. I had informed the pharmacy that I needed the delivery by a specific date, as I would be away for several weeks afterwards, but this was not taken into account.
On top of this, redeliveries were scheduled twice without my consent while I was on holiday, even though the pharmacy was aware I would not be available.
When I raised the issue, I felt that the responsibility for the failed deliveries was being placed on me rather than the seller, which was frustrating. I was also told I would need to pay extra for a replacement, despite the delivery not being successful through no fault of my own.
Overall, my experience left me dissatisfied, and I would not recommend this service based on what happened in my case.
I ordered my medication 2 days ago, Iâm new to this service and the staff were excellent, making sure they had given me all of the information I needed and reminded me that I can contact them with any further questions. My medication arrived today in perfect condition, a great service!

Due to the limitations put on pharmacies from Eli Lilly raising their prices of Mounjaro, this Pharmacy held their head high and honoured all orders. Iâm sure they were inundated with hundreds of queries but they reply to messages and managed to get all orders out. This alone is commendable in an environment where many pharmacies either raise their prices ahead of September 1 or council orders in favour of higher price prices. This speaks volumes about a company about their ethics.
Needless to say, I received my order perfect condition and I thank the Pharmacy for keeping contact with me throughout this process.

Theyâve tried to do their best in an awful situation caused by events outside of their control. They had no prior indication that prices were going to shoot up, causing a surge in orders. I think most people are unaware that separate to the price increase, the manufacturer / distributors stopped making their normal deliveries, leaving the pharmacy in a position where there were orders placed based on stock theyâd already ordered, that they then couldnât fulfil through as the manufacturers stopped delivering orders.
I can only speak for my own experience, yes contact initially was poor, but their customer services worked to find me a solution and worked late evenings / weekends etc to try to clear the backlog. All the issues are down to Eli Lilly so I donât feel it fair to blame the pharmacy for events outside of their control

Placed an order on 15th August for Mounjaro which was showing as in stock and as of today this has not been received. The company has been virtually impossible to contact despite numerous attempts to call them. They have advised me today that they still canât give an update on when my order will be dispatched and if I cancel I will be charged £25! They are a bunch of cowboys, avoid at all costs. I will be reporting them to the authorities.
Edited to add that they have now cancelled my order and charged me £25 blaming me for creating more work in requesting cancellation! Be aware.

Have started with Mounjaro from them. On boarding was as quick as possible and easy to completed. Delivery is poor. I didnt get a choice first time around of how to get them and they just turned up with very little notice. Not suitable if you work Monday to Friday as very little control over when. Not suitably packed and just in a bag with 1 ice pack. The pack doesnt keep all the pen cool as the box just sits on top of the ice pack. What about the top side of the pen? Yes they are cheaper but i would rather pay more for better delivery and piece of mind. Since the news of the price increase I ordered my regular prescription but cant get a reply to messages as its now been 9 days since my order with the dashboard just saying processing. Does anybody know if they are still trading?
