No customer service!
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We started using this for my father in law to make things easier for my husband and to increase my father in law's autonomy since he can't drive. But it was a difficult time getting started with wrong meds and packaging that wasn't to our request. Then things leveled out for a while. He recently went into the hospital. All his meds changed. I have spent way too much time on hold, making calls and leaving messages to get his meds corrected. NO ONE CALLED back until we asked his provider to send his meds to another pharmacy. Now they are holding his scripts hostage saying he has an outstanding balance. He pays as soon as anything comes in. If there is a balance it's very very little. I tried to call and make a payment to get this cleared. NO ONE ANSWERED. There is no prompt for billing. We are going into a holiday weekend and need his meds but we are hostage to a company that doesn't answer OR return calls!
