Had to answer questions before buying the product I required. This is good as making sure the product you are ordering is the correct product for you. Good price and delivery.

I made a mistake with my address and I corrected it in my account but it was too late and my order was returned, but, soon after I reported everything a new order was despatched and arrived on the date I was told.

I felt I was asked the correct questions before dispensing. My item was received in good time and properly wrapped. Would definitely use again as I feel this company cares who they dispense to.

Requesting feedback before the item has barely hit the doormat is very bad manners ! Having staff answering the telephone who cannot speak or understand English is time wasting and frustrating , I like most indigenous English do not speak Indian or Pakistani dialects . The items are fine , dispatch was slow as was delivery . The disposable email address I used to order and inadvertently enabled you to bypass my Trustpilot email settings regarding review requests has been deleted to stop spam and you contacting me . You asked for a review and got one !

The delivery experience was superb but I had some difficulty with placing the order and having it confirmed. The order process was lengthy and complex for someone of my age and state of health. Then the payment process became difficult and my first card was refused without adequate reason and I had done everything correctly because eventually an alternative card was accepted, but I did not get that confirmed at the payment stage. There was nothing wrong with any of my two cards but I did not receive immediate confirmation, after paying with the second card, so I phoned the card company and I was advised by that card company to cancel my last card because payment had been taken without an order number being supplied to me. (I have only just received a new card. So disruptive and inconvenient for me.)
However, I subsequently received a separate email from yourselves to confirm the order and then delivery was prompt and successful.

Pharmazon Direct had what I need at great prices. Very satisfied.
