Prices for our prescriptions are going up without reason.
They claim tariffs are doing it.
They are adding fees because they can.
We can't look at our cart as they are blocking it.

I was using them for about 2 years until my last order. It took 4 and 1/2 months to receive my medication. It took three times for them to ship it for me to receive it. The first two times it got hung up in customs at Chicago. Third time come way of New York and it finally made it. They were not concerned at all that I had run out of medicine. Back to buying my medicine through the States. Can't count on them.

I ordered from them in late December. All I saw was that my order was processing. After a few weeks, I called to find out why nothing was happening. They told me that my order which was sourced from an EU pharmacy was back ordered and they had no estimate on when the order could be filled. That is understandable and would be fine had they bothered to let me know and just let it not let it sit out there.

Subsequently, I placed an order for non EU product. Supposedly the order would be filled as soon as possible. The order has been sitting in the processing state with no updates for longer than normal. When I called, they tell me it's a holiday backup. We are 2 weeks after the holiday, and the excuse fails. I'm disappointed with their service and lack of communication.

On 12/03/2025, Karl Warkentin guided me through the entire process of being registered as a patient of Pharmstore, and then continued working with me to place my first order for my prescription. He was very considerate of my needs. Karl made a good impression on me, and I believe he is a real asset to Pharmstore. William T. Simmons

Longtime Customer, Deeply Disappointed

After years of reliable service, Pharmstore has failed me. My critical prescription has been delayed for over two months, and their excuse—U.S. tariffs—is unacceptable. Tariffs may affect pricing, but they should not disrupt distribution entirely, especially when other prescriptions are being filled from Mauritius and India. The lack of communication and transparency is alarming. My medication cannot be stopped abruptly, and their failure to deliver puts my health at risk. Pharmstore thrives on American dollars—yet seems to be punishing American customers. This is not just poor service; it’s a breach of trust.

I am so thankful that I found this company. My one heart medication was $760 for 60 days. Through pharmstore.com my prescription for a 90 day supply was $157. I am telling everybody I know about this site. Thank you also for great customer service every time I call.

So far I’ve used Pharmstore twice for a blood thinner that became outrageously expensive in the US. I spoke with a very pleasant woman on the phone who walked me through my first order. 200 pills cost me around $100 and the same amount in the US would be $700.00. I’d say that’s a considerable savings They let me know when my next script would be available, purchased it on my checking account and again no problems whatsoever. Excellent company, I gave my cardiologist their name as he has many patients who can’t afford the blood thinner in the US (Eliquis) Which the FDA did approve as a generic but the greedy big pharma took it to court so it’s on hold for another 2 years. Thank you Pharmstore, you are literally saving lives!

PharmStore is the best--I've been using PharmStore for 15 years. I must take the brand of a blood pressure medication to stay at 120/80. The generic just doesn't work for me. When I take it my BP is not under control--like 137/90. So it's easy to tell that PharmStore is sending the real thing. I pay $69 instead of $690 for a 3-month supply WITH insurance.
Listen, I feel like an idiot sometimes. Almost NO companies manufacture their drugs in the U.S, Mine is manufactured in Turkey. Turkey! Why pay U.S. insane prices when PharmStore can get it for you from where it's manufactured? Do we think people in every other country take medicine that's no good? Why isn't everybody else dead? Do you think King Charles is getting crap chemo because he lives in Britain. We've been so stupid to let Big Pharma "take us to the cleaners." No other country pays the exorbitant prices we pay.
Now, when there's an earthquake in Turkey, I'm like "is my bp medication manufacturer's building okay?"
Anyway, it does take four weeks to get to me, but I simply order on a schedule. And you do have to mail PharmStore your doctor's written RX. So they are not fooling around.
And forget the so-called Better Business Bureau. Great ratings are for sale. I'm finished with this whole corrupt system. I depend on PharmStore for medication I can't afford in the U.S.

Called to set up account and place order. I spoke with MARIAM at the customer service #. Mariam was friendly and professional and provided me with all the information I need now and in the future. She made what I feared would be a daunting task easy.

Have been a customer for a few years and have purchased a 3 month supply on my one medication religiously. Went to purchase another 3 month supply and price doubled. WTH??? Spoke with customer service to find out why and was told because they decided to change where they got medication from. Oh that’s nice!!!! Pass the expense onto the loyal customer because you change where you get it. It’s all good because I went with your competitor for the same price I was paying. Your loss greedy company

I live in the United States. I sent in my order with RX copy on Saturday and my medication was delivered the next Saturday! Waited only ONE week and saved $300.00! So happy to have found PharmStore.com.

I've never had a problem getting my prescriptons filled or delivered, usually sooner than expected. I'm very happy with this company, I've been using them for about 2 years. They beat the heck out of US prices! This review is based on my own excellent experiences. They call to remind you when to reorder due to the time it takes in transit. I have nothing but positive things to say about PharmStore.

I have ordered from pharmstore several times with complete satisfaction. This time I ordered in the beginning of October and it is now end of November and pills aren't here but I paid for them. They ask you to pay with check or money order (Know why?) because you can't cancel or stop it with your bank. They have no idea where the pills are and absolutely no idea when I'm going to get them. Now thats a reputable company to do business with. Once I get the second round of pills they sent I will absolutely be looking for another company. My advice if your going to use them DON'T!

This my second order with Pharmstore and such an easy company to deal with. Recommend everyone to give them a try.

I have been dealing with pharmstore.com for almost 10 years and had very few issues with them. They are very responsive. And they will match prices if you give them the link to another Canadian pharmacy which sells the med cheaper. They are trustworthy.

I’ve been reading all the negative reviews here and I’m puzzled. I’ve been ordering from them for years with very little problems. When I’ve had issues, they’ve taken care of them fine. Occasionally shipments take longer but I always order with enough time ahead. I’ve saved a ton of money over the years ordering medications for myself and my mother. The prices did go up a few months ago like everyone else but have stabilized and still much less then ordering locally. They are a legitimate outfit not a scam.
