We can see from our records that you have been using our service over the past 5 months, and we would like to thank you for your continued custom.

Regarding your most recent order, this was reviewed and approved in a timely manner and dispatched promptly via Royal Mail. According to Royal Mail tracking, an initial delivery attempt was made but missed due to no answer, and the parcel was subsequently marked as successfully delivered on the following attempt.

We understand that you contacted our customer service team three days after this delivery was recorded to report that you had not received your order. In response, our team has raised an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf and has been providing updates as the case progresses.

While we completely understand how frustrating this situation is, it is unfortunately outside of our direct control once the parcel is with the courier. That said, please be assured we are doing everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible and will continue to support you until a resolution is reached.

We understand that re-entering certain details can feel repetitive. However, for safety and clinical accuracy, we ask patients to review and confirm key information such as target weight and goals at each reorder. In practice, many patients adjust their targets as they progress, so this step ensures our clinicians are working with the most up-to-date information when making prescribing decisions.

To make this easier, we include a built-in BMI calculator within the form, so there is no need to calculate this manually.

While we appreciate this may not suit everyone, many of our repeat customers do comment positively on how simple and straightforward the reorder process is, particularly the ability to review and update their information quickly online.

This approach is not about inconvenience, but about ensuring we provide safe, appropriate, and personalised care at every stage of treatment.

We do value your feedback and will continue to look at ways to improve the experience while maintaining these important clinical safeguards.
