Everywhere else told me my part would take a week - Victor helped find me the part for next day!

Great service and experience - Wished I’d visited sooner.

Background, late Friday I needed a Myson three port actuator to fix my heating system. None of the local outlets of national plumbers merchants I tried, and I tried them all, held one in stock, but could get one to me next week, useless. PHC Part had one in Bristol and got it to Southampton early on Saturday morning, and it was £8 cheaper than Amazon, that is brilliant service. Probably one of the greatest little companies you have never heard of.

Helpful patient fast efficient 100% service. Dean was above and beyond!! Credit to company.

I found PHC website while trying to find a part for my Harmony 5 stove.i was very impressed with the pictures showing every part of my stove listed with item numbers and corresponding part numbers.this made it easy to order.the phone was answered straight away (a rarity these days where few people or businesses want to talk to you or answer the phone) and I spoke to a very polite and friendly gentleman who informed me the item was in stock and at a much cheaper price than I had been quoted by another stove company.i received the item the next day.Excellent all round service.highly recommended.thank you.

I started using PHC about a year ago (Swaythling branch) and wish I’d started much sooner.

1 ☆ - Ordered a boiler came opened. Only found out upon collection. After wrangling and trying to sort it at last minute. Got another boiler. Thank you.
Order a complete Air conditioning unit. Quoted a price. After trying to confirm it was correct and being told it was. I put a quote to the the customer. Who accepted. Was then informed the price was incorrect. They DID the honourable thing and kept it at the price quoted. Again, Thank you.

2 ☆ - For the efforts of one maybe two individuals who went out of their way to resolve the issues

Now the comedy of errors, and no you cant nake it up. Order Air con equipment 5 days before fitting. Only a few things turned up. Friday morning. Still missing major parts. Was told they would be here by close of play. Nope they were not. Told they will be here Saturday. Again, nope they had not arrived. Now missed two other jobs that were booked in. One was for another installation of Air Con (definitely would not recommend PHC parts to supply them A/C).
Now told it will be in on Monday. Lets wait and see.
Another three customers, I have to let down on Monday. Lets wait and see.

My customer is really upset, which I dont blame him.

The most shocking part of this is....

Daikin (the supplier to PHC), shares a space in PHC parts building.
Daikin's warehouse is only 2 hours drive away. From each other, and the urgency and importance is not either ones key concern.
It appears that PHC parts do not want to upset Daikin and Daikin don't feel it is urgent to support PHC parts.

Would I recommend either as suppliers?
NO. Especially when they have so many competitors around.
Recommend the staff? PHC, yes, definitely.

Fast delivery, saved me time and money, as I was able to continue working while waiting for the part.
Will definitely use again.

Always have what you need, and if they dont they will get it and deliver it for you. Amazing when in a pinch and you need to crack on with the job while they deliver straight to the job.
Not to mention the Free coffee and snacks. And as always amazing customer service!!

Open early, closed late. Prompt service even for the more obscure items. Reasonable prices and free coffee. Cannot fault them.
