Our chimney sweep recommended replacing a broken part on our woodstove. It was quick & easy to find and order the part, the price was fair, and it arrived the next day.

Delivery issues knocked that 5th * off though:
- Delivery cost is not shown until the last stage of the checkout
- Only next-day delivery is available. I would prefer a choice to pay less for slower delivery, like other suppliers do.
- I didn't receive any dispatch/delivery notification, so when I tried to pick it up at the post office, they didn't know which courier's pile to look it and they couldn't find it. I had to phone PHC, however they answered quickly, confirmed it had been delievered, and told be the courier.

We ordered two pairs of Helly Hansen Chelsea trousers in black (C50 and C48). Instead, we received one navy C50 and one black C52. The packaging didn’t match the contents, and we were charged £7.50 for delivery. We've contacted the company for an exchange but haven't heard back. For £177.02, we expected better service. Order #979830. Will update this 1-star review once the issue is resolved.

Great service. Knowledgable staff, Scott was a great help and they even offer a scooter delivery service so we had our boiler part out within half an hour.

Been using PHC Portsmouth for a long time now, both working for and larger company and for myself.
Mark and Carl are always helpful and able to source quite random spares no other merchants are able to get hold of (commercial and catering) in a good time frame. Wide range of stock held at all times to get you out of trouble. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and speed of supply. Have used PHC PORTSMOUTH a lot. They are quick to reply to emails, good prices and speedy delivery. Mark, Carl and Stuart are always helpful and make boiler spares fun! (who would have thought that was possible). Will be using them again and again. Thanks guys.

Big shout out to Andy at the Bristol branch, needed a new heat exchanger urgently after returning from hols to a split boiler!
Very helpful and fair with the price, after driving to Bristol from Swindon it was great to see well stocked and presented unit and of course the right part.

Andre at Southampton & Mark at Portsmouth, both knowledgeable, if they haven't got the part on shelf, which TBF is rare they will source it ASAP, I use Southampton mostly as it is local which is a plus also. Phone is always picked up, Good work all, all the best.

L W Gas Limited have been using PHC in Millbrook, Southampton as a company since they took over Total Boiler Spares at the beginning of 2023.
