I was referred to Phillips Capital by a friend when my broker pulled out of the deal and said no bank is going to give a mortgage.

Gareth was soooo helpful he did his research and found a bank that was willing to work within me. He continued to reassure me every step of the way.

He was always available when I needed to talk things through and was very professional. He was able to help me get the developers to hold the property for me for 2 months after the completion date had passed. He was definitely God sent.
