Ordered the Christmas garland and it did not look anything like what was advertised, plus it took a long time to receive it. Save your money. What a rip off.

The garland I received looked nothing like what was advertised - it was very sparse and looked terrible. Do not order from this company! It also took a very long time to arrive. I was duped but it won't happen again. Do not order from this company unless you want to absolutely waste your money

I ordered the Christmas garland, which looked beautiful in their ad and paid $54.00. What I received was a cheap, plastic chintzy piece of crap. They would not take it back nor refund my money. Never again! Do not buy from this company. China garbage.

Ordered the Christmas garland...took forever to receive. Had I known it was coming from China, I would not have ordered. The advertisement made the garland look full and beautiful, what I received was sparce and chintzy. Would NOT recommend for the cost

Ordered Christmas garland in October. Has I know it was coming from China I never would have placed the order. Still not received. Never again. They offered to resend. Maybe in time for next Christmas.

I am very happy with my purchase, although I had to wait for two weeks for it to arrive. Despite the wait, the artificial flowers were worth every penny. I spent a reasonable amount on these, but the vibrancy and quality make them excellent value for money. They are a fantastic addition to my outdoors space. Highly recommend for those on a budget. Must buy!

I have not received my order placed in early October. Support (I use the term loosely) provided tracking number that claimed my package of two wreaths had originated Germany and had cleared by US Customs. I then received an email claiming it had been rejected by US Customs and they were re-sending. The new tracking number is for a package from China from a chemical company!

Unfortunately, they have not done anything for me. I have repeatedly asked for a refund only to be told to be patient. The latest new tracking number has no information whatsoever on where the package might be. They have not been able to provide me with the name of the delivery company, and refused to admit that this is a scam .

I waited a couple of weeks to receive a wreath that was sent from Ireland. It is so incredibly small compared to what they had pictured online. It is not even a foot in diameter. I’ve messaged and asked for a refund. They want me to send pictures, copy of a wayward bill, etc. When I read further, they don’t refund sale items. Even if I could mail it back for a return, they won’t necessarily accept it until they see it in person. I can’t afford to invest any more money in this piece of junk. I’m not going to go to the expense of mailing it when I do not feel confident I will get refunded, This is without a doubt the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced.

These flowers are simply stunning, adding a vibrant splash of color to my garden. The highly detailed design makes them look convincingly real, fooling even the keenest of eyes. They hold up well against weather conditions, looking fresh and lively all year round. They are skillfully crafted and easy to maintain. Truly a worthwhile addition to any outdoor space.

The packaging was excellent, thoroughly protecting the item during its two-week journey. It came intact with no damage nor loose parts. The attention to detail in packaging was impressive and definitely appreciated.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My order cleared my bank on 5-9-2024 and several emails were received tracking the shipment from Vaxjo, Sweden to Tucson, AZ USA on 6-6-2024. I have contacted service several times for updates or refund. Service keeps saying they are in process so no refund can be issued. This is a SCAM. This cost me over $85 American dollars. So don’t even think about placing an order. Wish I’d scrolled down to read the comments about not receiving the orders.
Update on 9-1-24. Received my order finally. The quality was ok, but I won’t order from them again.

I placed order for 3 hanging baskets on 5/17/24. Ad said 'super fast delivery' from 'warehouses in U.S. & Canada.; Tracking shows my order cleared customs in SPAIN on 5/28. Cleared U.S. customs 6/5 and went to Atlanta - where it still is. Cust. Svc says no refund since it's been 'shipped.' It's been 7 weeks now since I ordered these; "Please be patient' they ask. Totally not acceptable. They need a new shipping partner.

I ordered May 5, it’s June 26 and still no delivery. They keep saying it’s the fault of the shipper. Their website said “super fast delivery” but it’s been almost two months. I have asked for a refund but no luck.

This company is a scam. Do not buy from them.

I ordered my outdoor artificial plants on 5/9/2024. Today is 6/15/2024 and I have still not received. I requested a refund several days ago and all they said was they would reach out to the shipper and have the order expedited. Haven’t heard a peep. Sent another email today requesting a refund.

I ordered $90.00 worth of flowers on May 18th. Today is June 6 & no flowers & they won’t answer my emails.

They are durable, holding up well in all types of weather conditions. The flowers were well-packaged and arrived on time. Review: The artificial flowers for outdoors are a wonderful purchase. I'm thoroughly impressed! Great quality artificial flowers - outdoors looks beautiful at an affordable price.
