I've been using Phimostop for a while now and have made very good progress. I'm really happy that it's working so well so far.
Unfortunately, I had to take a brake because I was switching from one tube to the next too quickly. But I can continue now. So my advice is to be patient. Because it really works. I was really afraid that I wouldn't be able to avoid circumcision... but now I'm confident.

I am an adult user and use the set for acquired mild phimosis, with which I hope to avoid a partial circumcision. I have had the set for 4 days now. The delivery went smoothly and without problems.
Of course, in such a short time, I cannot yet say anything about the effectiveness of the treatment. But I can say something about the treatment itself. And I notice there is quite a learning curve involved. In the beginning, I had difficulty inserting the unit, even though there was sufficient room for it at the foreskin. To practice, I therefore went down a size. Nevertheless, I ran into a few problems: the unit did not stay in place properly and kept coming loose. And when urinating, the device was sometimes not properly aligned, causing urine to get between the unit and the foreskin. I managed to solve both problems.
First, the detachment of the unit. I noticed that the supplied tape does not adhere well at all to the silicone of the product. I then cut a strip of tape of about 4 centimeters lengthwise into two halves. Next, I stuck the beginning of this tape to the end of one of the two silicone protrusions of the unit, and then folded over the taped piece of silicone (only this part) and wrapped it with the rest of the tape. This creates a sort of thickened small ball of tape at the end of the protrusion that is firmly anchored to the silicone, because the material is now stuck in a kind of loop. I did the same thing for the 2nd protrusion and next, I applied the set and taped it to the penis as stated in the instructions. So the normal strip of tape goes all the way over the silicone protrusion and now has better grip because of the small ball of tape. As an extra measure, I applied two more pieces of tape across the silicone, close to the end of the foreskin. This creates a firm unit that can withstand even nighttime erections.

Before urinating, it is important to check that the hole for urinating is properly aligned with the tube. It is painful to press on that spot with your finger to reposition the device. It is better to grasp the foreskin, tube and all, and lift it up slightly. The tube then separates from the skin underneath, and you can easily lower the tube back into the correct position. Hopefully, these tips will also be useful for other users.

Die Nutzung der Ringe braucht zu Beginn etwas Übung, aber sobald mal den Bogen raus hat geht das ganz gut. Gebt Eurer Haut genug Zeit, dann klappt die Erweiterung problem- und schmerzlos. Ich bin sehr dankbar dafür diese Methode entdeckt zu haben und so keine Beschneidung über mich ergehen lassen muss.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt. Die Qualität ist hervorragend und es funktioniert. Somit erspart man sich eine teuere und unangenehme Operation. Der Kundenservice ist auch sehr gut und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem TOP!!! Ich kann es nur zu 100% weiter empfehlen:)

Mein Arzt wollte mich aufgrund von Schmerzen bei der Erektion und Orgasmusproblemen beim Sex durch meine Phimose nach einer Frenulum-Verlängerung auch von einer Beschneidung überzeugen.Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich damals im Internet zufällig durch Empfehlung in einem Forum Phimostop entdeckt habe.

Ich habe das Set seit 2019 in Anwendung und habe schnell Fortschritte gemacht. Die Handhabung ist einfach und der Tragekomfort dank dem angenehmen Material auch in Ordnung. Nur das mitgelieferte Heftpflaster reicht für eine längere Anwendung bei weitem nicht aus.

Ich bin in wenigen Monaten 6 Größen vorangekommen (keine tägliche Benutzung). Bereits nach drei Größen konnte ich eine erste spürbare Verbesserung feststellen. Nur das Eintragen der letzten Größe hat etwas länger gedauert. Da war ich aber auch nicht mehr konsequent, weil der Leidensdruck sich deutlich gebessert hatte. Ich bin so froh, dass ich mich damals nicht habe beschneiden lassen!

Da ich trotzdem noch eine sehr leichte Einschnürung hatte, war ich sehr gespannt, dass nach Aktualisierung des Behandlungspakets die Maximalgröße auf 42,75 mm angehoben wurde. Die neuen Größen würden mir mit dem gesamten neuen Behandlungspaekt dankenswerterweise sogar kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt und innerhalb weniger Tage geliefert! Das ist wirklich guter Service!

Die neuen Ringe sind aufgrund der größeren Flexibilität des Materials schwerer richtig anzubringen. Es hat etwas gebraucht, bis ich damit klargekommen bin (breiteres Heftband hilft sehr! ). Dafür ist der Tragekomfort durch die Aussparung des Frenulums deutlich angenehmer.

La mia esperienza è stata positiva. Si tratta di una ditta molto seria e corretta. Io ho acquistato il prodotto e ho provato ad usarlo ma, essendo che la mia fimosi è data da un problema di frenulo corto che si infiamma e mi provoca una fimosi non serrata, non ho potuto usarlo. La mia fimosi va e viene da sola. Una cosa non semplice da risolvere. Io ho comprato questo dispositivo con l'intenzione di non peggiorare il problema, ma ho notato che è più adatto per fimosi serrate e non nel mio caso. Quindi lho restituito. Consiglio il prodotto alle persone affette da questa fastidiosa severa patologia perché potrebbe aiutare, se non a migliorare, almeno a non peggiorare la situazione. Nel mio caso, ho potuto constatare la correttezza e la serietà della ditta che ha accettato il reso, comprendendo il mio problema

The instructions were not that helpful when one has to struggle to get the tubloid to go inside. But, spending lots of time, I was finally able to get it to be in place.
I am going to use lubricate the next time.
The first night, it stayed on, the second night, it came off. At the end of the day, thanks for the creation of Phim0stop.

I've been using the tool for two weeks now, and I think this approach might solve my problem.
I think also an honest assessment can only be made after a few months of use.
