PHIN brings the authentic taste of Vietnamese coffee to Swiss homes and businesses, one slow drip at a time. Founded in Winterthur in 2025 by three friends bridging Vietnamese roots and Swiss precision, PHIN centers everything around the phin filter — the traditional Vietnamese drip brewer that turns coffee into a slow, intentional ritual instead of a rushed cup. We roast and sell three single-origin Vietnamese coffees — Hanoi Haze (Arabica), Da Lat Dawn (Robusta-Arabica blend), and Saigon Drip (pure Robusta) — alongside authentic phin filters and starter kits, so you can experience Vietnamese coffee culture exactly as it's meant to be: bold, honest, and rooted in tradition, not chasing specialty-coffee trends. What makes us different: Vietnam is the world's second-largest coffee producer, yet its coffee remains largely unknown in Switzerland. We're here to change that — one slow drip, one phin filter, one cup at a time.もっと見る
