10/10 service 


I loved the ease of communication with either the doctor or the pharmacist. Wish the entire health care system was set up this same way. Loved the prompt responses to my questions throughout the treatment. The prescribed medication (Mounjaro) had an amazing effect on improving my overall health symptoms. The door to door deliveries of my prescription were also a bonus. Very happy with the experience.

The prescription arrived a little late

The prescription arrived on a Friday
.been taking them on Thursday. I was at home, the doorbell did not ring, however, the notice of delivery was in my mailbox. Went to the postoffice first thing on Saturday, but they said I would not be able to pick up until the Monday.
Would be helpful if the new prescriptions were mailed a little earlier to allow consistent use of the medication.

Great service

Great service. The medicine is working well. The only problem is the misleading follow up emails which in summary asks for your weight and the progress, which apears to be a check up but when you finish it automatically place an order for the next batch. I was able to stop them everytime and the staff are pretty cooperative as I mentioned it is misleading.

Run don't walk

Run. Don't walk away from this poor example of a Sleep Inn property. The hotel has been "under construction" for a long time. Our room was still under construction as there was no toilet paper dispenser and there was only one light bulb in the bedside lamp. The worst was the shower. No pressure and it was obvious that they hadn't connected the cold water feed to the shower as searing hot water was only available. I'm guessing 108+ degrees. If you search "shower" on their reviews you'll find I wasn't alone with this issue! I couldn't stand in it and it didn't change any no matter the position of the shower control. I informed the front desk help and asked for another room to shower in the morning and there wasn't one available. So my friend and I washed up in the sink. I told the front desk that I wasn't happy and would like a refund. I left my information for the manager to call me many times over the next few days. No call. Ever. In fact they obviously have caller ID and now they don't even answer my calls. Roxanne who works the front desk confirmed that she has to deal with issues like these on a daily basis. Thank you Roxanne for your help. I contacted Choice Hotels corporate offices and they apologized for our unfortunate stay and was offered points as compensation. I have my bank fighting the charges so we'll see what happens. Its a shame management there is just happy to take your money and even when the facilities are beyond sub par. The fact that Nick or Jack the manager can't call you back tells you how poor this hotel is being run. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here!!

No overwhelming ads or emails

Ads weren't overwhelming, surprised at low price for minoxidil+ finasteride (Canadian customer), maybe two steps to complete order, no email overload, plain discreet parcel delivered in a few days, requested to pause my membership in just one email with zero issue and very lovely real (I'm fairly sure😅) replies from Brittany and Aria. Will be resubscribing soon and will definitely recommend.

Getting the orders is good

Getting the orders is good. However, since I am not using the product at this point in time I will most likely put my account on hold soon.
