Phoenix Car Keys Ltd | Auto locksmith services レビュー

Excellent and quick service, really helpful communication, didn't patronise me for being clueless, got me on the road within a few hours on a busy Saturday. Highly recommend!

My key was stuck in the ignition and prior to this it had been hard to remove the key. I needed a new ignition barrel. My garage tried to source one but was told they don't make them anymore. I rang Phoenix and and I had a replacement the same day. I think it was quite expensive but for same day service and peace of mind I have no complaints. Many thanks.

Repeat customer here and once again the response time and service was impeccable, would not hesitate to recommend. They really take the stress out of the situation. Thank you!

New spare key sorted the next day at a decent price. Thank you

I found from start to finish , that everyone was understanding about my situation, And ond of course so knowledgeable about the work, very helpful and polite mannered would highly recommend ,

Extremely grateful for the quick response came same day I was expecting a new barrel and key but the new one was ever so slightly doffernt and wouldn't fit which he showed me so ended up fixing the existing barrel as there was sumthing damaged inside of it. Hence y kept getting stuck i did also expect new key but they keys he had weren't the correct one so I still have existing key that he sorted for me as he showed i think cause I was expecting all new but either way I am bot bothered I can get the key in and out and it works so not arsed it was a Sunday and late that he came to my house but overall happy that my key goes in no problems sometimes things ain't plain and simple that the way it goes but it works so don't matter if I was thinking I was paying for new or not it was sorted and that's all that mattered this is my true experience and the guy was very polite and he eneded up chatting for abit after even to say it was late Sunday so was very nice experience and the lady on the fone was polite also and actually sent me some info out the kindness of her heart about something I been going through so either way very polite people the guy was so nice and showed me everything he did explained to me and ended up chatting for a while after baring in mind he left Sunday evening not local and still had to get home but still took time to chat and for that I am grateful as haven't been in the best health and feel isolated alot and don't always get to speak to many people I love connecting with people and has been hard leaving my job feeling like my world turned upside down so small things I am truly grateful for please tell Andy thanku and also I get 6 months warranty aswell from the guy who came and did it so he said any problems ring me stay blessed people and humble 😊

I obviously didn't scroll down the reviews far enough to find out about how bad these people can be or I am just unlucky. I had a problem with a steering lock on my car that had been damaged by somebody attempting to steal the car without the right key. Looked on the internet and Phoenix looked to be the best fit for what I wanted. Initial contact was good but I quickly realised, all too late I am afraid, that these guys don't do anything that they say on their website. They are expensive call handlers and take no responsibility for the work undertaken by the tradesmen that they engage to do the work and change a fortune for the privilege. I have been left with a car that has no immobiliser, the steering creaks when moving, and the trim around the column clearly hasn't been put on square and a door lock key that is just a blade. I would say AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Fantatic Service. Lovely helpful people who helped take the stress from the situation I was in.

Very professional.

Reasonable prices too.

I am very grateful for the 10 minute response time and speedy supply of new key fobs.

Thx so much everyone

Speedy, efficient and reasonably priced service

Fantastic service from start to finish we had locked keys inside our Mg car and from the moment I called for help had great service , Harrison came out the same day and kept us updated on his arrival time, quick polite efficient great job done .even had a call to follow up the job had been done can’t fault a thing

Really positive experience for us. Needed a new car key urgently and gentlemen who booked us in over the phone was very friendly and helpful. Demitri who came to our house to setup a new key was also excellent. Would defo recommend.

What a fantastic service, my key fob wasn’t working properly so I changed the battery and then nothing, wouldn’t do anything. I thought the key needed reprogramming so contacted Logan who talked me through things to try and very speedy in replies. He helped me source the issue over the phone. Thank you so much.

The person I had assigned arrived when he said he would. He was patient waiting for me and the job was carried out as quick as he said it would be.

All round good service.

amazing service. couldn’t ask for a better service. was kept informed of the process and the locksmith was professional and friendly. couldn’t recommend highly enough

I was in panic this Sunday when my car alarm kept going off and the remote wouldn't open the car.

I tried my break down company who were no help and wanted me to pay call out fee to come out before randomly calling Phoenix Car Keys.

Mr Miles helped me step by step on the phone and sent me pictures to locate the manual key. He told me my keys were okay but my car battery was flat...which was true and he didn't charge me even after I offered to pay.

Thank you for your help Mr Miles.

Very professional and knowledgeable would definitely recommend to everyone and I'd use again if needed.

From start to finish a very professional approach.
From the lady who took my call to the gentleman who came and copied two keys for me with regards my Citroen C4 Picasso Grand.
Also both were very personable and upbeat.

I locked myself out of my BMW 1 series and other than Phoenix Car Keys, my next best option seemed to be getting my car towed to BMW garage and getting them to make me a new key. Which would have cost an obscene amount if money.

Whilst Phoenix wasn't cheap cheap, it was a significantly better option. So much so that I was concerned it was a scam if I'm honest.

But I paid the deposit and arranged a time for them visit. All done swiftly and professionally. Key works. All good.

Thanks for saving me Phoenix!
