My boiler broke down a week before Christmas and need of replacement. I contacted the company for a price for replacement and promptly Danny was on-board arranging a visit from Marc their engineer. Marc paid a visit advised me of the requirements for replacement and told me an estimate would be sent to me. Next day an estimate arrived of which I accepted. I delighted when Danny informed me that I would have heating back on at Christmas. On the 23rd Dec 25 engineers Marc and James arrived and worked like trojans removing the old boiler and sundries, Then the new installation began. I was so impressed at the professional way the installation progressed. I was even more amazed when Marc informed me that the heating would be back on in the afternoon and it was! Marc kept me fully informed and he returned on Christmas Eve day to complete the job. I cannot thank everyone involved enough and Rix Gas Services are a superb company.

I contacted Rix Gas on Thursday, 18/12, and spoke with Matt Dixon. Within an hour, they had an engineer at my home! Tony quickly diagnosed the issue — multiple leaks and a missing gas cap — and made the boiler safe that same day. He returned the following day to complete the repair, and now our boiler is fully functioning with no leaks.
The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Matt and Tony explained everything clearly, making it easy to understand. Their professionalism, speed, and customer care were outstanding. Highly recommend Rix Gas for anyone needing reliable and efficient service!

Well from contacting them about new boiler to installation and finishing the job I can honestly say what a great company and the guys from office to gas fitters , plumbers, electricians they all did a exceptional great job , we cannot thank them enough for all they did as we had a few problems along the way but they sorted everything out very professional, price was great we did get other quote but went with them and glad we did , we will not hesitate to contact them again if needed and will definitely give there number to family and friends and tell them what a great job they all did

There Email responses and communication throughout to plan the work and what would work the best was second to none , great customer service and once at our home the work was done professionally ,prompt ,left clean and tidy and to the vision we planned .

Fitted my new oven in December in time for Christmas. Administrator very helpful and friendly. Gave me appointment to suit me as I work full-time. Engineer arrived on time and did a great job.
Have now had a leaking radiator fixed by this company. Always excellent service.

From our first contact with the company we have found everyone to be very professional and courteous. Mark who came to do the fitting was very punctual and explained everything to us in simple layman terms. Would definitely recommend RIX plumbing and Heating Services to everyone.

Arrived exactly on time. Engineer had a friendly, professional attitude. Did a thorough maintenance on the boiler.
This was a very good experience, from the work being organised at the Rix office to the completion of the exercise.

After several failed appointments with other company's stumbled across phoenix heating specialists. Excellent from start to finish. Communication Excellent, engineer who came Excellent. Just recently got a new boiler from this company and from start to finish it was done without any problems. Contacted them sent some photos over WhatsApp and was given a price. I was kept upto date with when it was getting installed and then Ryan the engineer came fitted. I just want to thank this company for the customer service too as I've set up a payment plan so the boiler can be services once a year for 6.50 a month couldn't be more pleased thank you

They were very quick within 2 hours the engineer was very helpful and efficient although it was only a small problem he explained all he as doing and why first class service.

We have just had a combi boiler fitted by Pheonix, amazing service. We as usual obtained two quotations for the same job. The first one was efficiently dealt with. There were some issues, the boiler would have to be moved from the garage to the third floor and carpets etc would have to be lifted.etc In addition the flue would have to go out through the roof. I googled local Heating and Plumbing and found Pheonix. I rang Danny and the next day Matt arrived and the same day the quotation arrived via email. Matt said there was no need to move the position of the boiler and the flue would be extended too. The quotation was £500 less and it was for a larger boiler 35Kw not 30Kw I agreed to the work and Danny who is super efficient emailed and phoned at every necessary occasion. The work was completed in one and a half days. Dale was unbelievable and James too. Cannot fault this company from start to finish. I believe they are quite a young company but they are among the best people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Wish them all the success they deserve. I can't tell you how good they were.
