My teenage son used his summer job money to buy a pair of pants. That order was fine then the company sent out an Instagram post claiming the first 10 orders received in the time frame would be won free. He submitted his order they said he won he put his card down for shipping and not only did they charge him for the order which was 2 pairs of pants and a shirt they never sent them. They show a shipping label but nothing sent. Not just that they charged him the $177.66. So much for winning. Total scam.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Accidentally created two orders on shop for some jeans for my son. Did not realize, as most parents who are in the Christmas rush mode that we actually had two pair of the exact same jeans January 18. Return option was still open. I requested a return. Heard absolutely nothing back. Realized that by February 7 I still hadn’t heard anything from the company. I emailed a follow up email. Heard back from them February 18 saying nope they can’t help me. Even though they are still actively selling these particular jeans for a ridiculously high and full price. The jeans are still in their package and I only asked for an exchange. Diego Utor was extremely rude and frankly so unprofessional. Please. Buyer beware.

I waited 5 weeks for my clothes only for them to not send half of them! Don’t believe their emails, they do NOT keep their word! The worst experience ever!!

Customer service was rude asl, took a month and a half to ship and only was it when I disputed with my bank did they ship out. Then my order arrived missing an item. Awful brand save your money, better off buying their products secondhand.

Do not order from this place. I ordered on November 28th and didnt receive my order until January 13th. My order is missing 2 items and "customer service" will not do anything about it because they say the order shows as delivered. Yes, the order was delivered incomplete! I've been going back and forth with "customer service" and they literally say there is nothing they can do. Don't waste your money on this company!

I had to wait nearly two months to receive the clothes I paid 300 dollars for. When the package finally came I only received 2 out of the 6 pieces of clothes I ordered. Terrible customer service, blamed me for not receiving the clothes, and denied me a refund. They do not do refunds at all even though they clearly state that they do on their website. Horrible, horrible place to buy from. Would never recommend to anybody.

Extremely disappointed. It took over a month for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, I only received 1 out of the 5 items I paid for. There was no explanation in the package, and customer service has been slow and unhelpful so far. Waiting that long just to get an incomplete order is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this brand again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

One of the worst possible customer service i've ever experienced. Not only did they not deliver my items, but when I reached out they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They sent the items that I paid for to another address and refused to give a refund or replacement.

Bought a hoodie 2 months ago and hasn't came

Company didnt send 25% of the items I ordered, and when asked to fix the mistake, said they had done everything they could after doing nothing at all.

Dont waste your time when there zero guarantee on even recieving the items you ordered.

Got defective and undersized product and they had the audacity to say that there’ll be a 15 dollar repacking fee + tax isnt refunded AND you pay for shipping. If you get a product wrong weather its their or your fault they dont care at all, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. Customer service ran by braindead middle schoolers

a lil pricey ngl but compared to the other trash instagram brands that dropship and have 0 customer service and rarely even ship clothing (like kiikio), pholoh is a really strong brand and just for that I'd give 5 stars. my friends keep asking to borrow my pants and hoodie bc they feel so comfy

Received pants that were too big for me so I returned them. It’s been over a month since I’ve returned the pants and I still haven’t received my refund. Either I was scammed or they take forever to issue refunds.
Quality of pants were fine. The sizing was just off.

Super great quality. Would reccomend joining the discord if you actually want to contact the people about your order.

My Phantom jeans not only arrived quicker than anticipated but the packaging was great. They threw a solid sticker and key chain. But the jeans were on another level. They were packaged and folded neatly, felt great and looked even BETTER! They are my favorite pair I’ve ever owned. I am absolutely ecstatic about the brand and will definitely be looking out for future drops.

Bought 2 pairs of the Phantom Troupe jeans! Some of my favorite jeans I’ve ever owned. 10/10. Shipping was quick too!
