I Always have dropped calls no matter when or who I call. Very frustrating. If you want to make a quick couple of minutes call it's probably ok. I however get constant dropouts if I talk longer than a couple of minutes. Also, thought I was getting a monthly billing but no, they charged my card for a whole year! I wouldn't recommend this company.

I replace my MagicApp service with Phone2. Phone 2 has a better compatibility wend it comes to messages from banks and other service that requiere you to have a phone number for two factor authentication. The quality of the call service is very good. The only thing that is little weird for me is the interface, I still not use to have the messages and calls in the same list. The other thing you have to be aware is that they do not activate the ability to send SMS/MMS with your regular fare, you have to pay a yearly fee for a 10DLC registration.

When running a marketing agency with a team of six, we rely heavily on slack for internal chats. But many of our service clients prefer to communicate via sms or over the phone. Phone2 has been a perfect solution because it gives us a shared space, but with a phone number. We actually have 4 numbers. It bridges the gap between different communication preferences. We’re happy with it.

I had an issue with my number dropping calls and contacted Phone2’s customer service. I had an immediate response to my email and that they were assessing the problem. Shortly after I was told to re download the app and that it should solve the problem. It did! Having the phone number is awesome as I travel abroad all the time and don’t need a phone carrier for calls or receiving SMS Texts. Add to it top notch customer service! I definitely recommend!

Phone2.io is possibly the worst run company I have ever dealt with. I should have read reviews and Reddit threads before signing up with them yesterday. They are the absolute worst support to deal with. Their policies and convoluted and hidden, the support FAQ isn't fully built, and service sucks on top of all that. Support will actively fight you on a refund almost as if it is a game to them. I can not believe they are still in business.

I’ve had a good experience with Phone2. It’s changed the way we build our business workflows. Calling and texting from the browser with a shared number removes all the data silos

Low-cost service that allows calls to USA when you have data/wifi on your device. Works well. Too bad it is not possible to send outgoing SMS messages.

Phone2 has served my purpose as a 2nd phone for my business clients.

Excellent program. I use it for bank authorization when traveling and it works perfectly.

Since this website is about trust, yes, you can trust phone2 to give you a working phone number fast.
You can get bank SMS codes (very important). Problem is that you can't send SMS with basic account, and speach delay is a little long in conversations.

DO NOT use this service. This is a total scam. Their 30-day refund policy is bullshit! You MUST have a business EIN to text message (but there is NO MENTION of needing one until after you pay). I selected the $18/mo plan vs the $180/yr ($15/mo) plan but the system processed the $180 for the year. No refunds. No way to text without EIN. False advertising and shady payment system. Very disappointed. Sometimes the app hangs up while I'm on a phone call or entering a pin or account number etc...

Great option for receiving SMS from financial institutions, as well as sending and receiving voice calls/messages.

As I live outside of the US now, I use phone2 to be able to receive messages from banks and codes to be able to do the necessary things I need to do. I looked for months for something that would do this for me after Skype stopped working and I finally found it. It does exactly what I need.

After Skype shut down, I was left in a state of limbo. Phone2 helps and covers all my business needs. Excellent service and awesome support.

Despite not having live support, I was super impressed with the response time and tailored support, helping me make a quick decision around porting and pricing that makes sense for me. Stas helped me make an important decision and it was a big relief to find a solution.

Good App. It does what it promises but sometimes the communication drops out of nowhere.
