Lightning fast problem resolution!
Due to some technical glitch my account balance was showing as zero and I had to make an urgent call to India. I knew that my balance cannot be zero as I had topped it off not that long ago. So, I sent an email to the customer support hotline and was not sure if and when it would be read or resolved. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a response within a couple of hours with the resolution and my account was credited with arrears amount. Thanks to your incredible team - keep it up.

Lag before i can hear prompt
I like the speed dial. Quite recently, it's taking a lot of time to connect before i can hear the prompt. Not sure what changed! Thinking of moving away :(

It's easy to recharge my account
It's easy to recharge my account. I have been using this service for almost 10 years now. Sometimes I am having problem connecting but mostly its been good.

Even calling the access numbers are…
Even calling the access numbers are coming back as failed calls. Have to try several attempts in getting calls connected. This issue started recently and continues. There is no real customer service i can call. I am in search of a different company

We have verified the connection of your calls. The vast majority of problems actually occur due to a weak telecommunication network the person has in the destination country you are trying to reach when calling landline numbers, especially during peak hours. Keep in mind that sometimes calls can fail due to lack of coverage if you call cell phone numbers. However, some changes have been made in the way of connecting your calls to your account to avoid problems in the future.
