Matt from Thatcham, most people can’t get me to spend any money but Matt convinced me. Switching to a New iPhone after my previous one was on the verge of death. Truly magical experience and helped me transfer everything. Will come again

My elderly mother in law was having problems with her Samsung phone and went into the Beaconsfield branch of PhoneSurgery and was persuaded to buy an iPhone 13. They used their own Apple ID and iCloud to set up the iPhone 13 and to transfer a few photos and a few messages from her Samsung and then swapped her sim over. When we checked her phone two weeks later we found the shop was still signed into her phone with their Apple ID and iCloud. We took the iPhone 13 back to the Beaconsfield shop to get them to wipe it and have since sold it . My mother in law is now back on her old Samsung with her original SIM card. No explanation from the shop for why they did what they did. Not safe practice!

Highly recommend Phone Surgery in Uxbridge. My elderly mum’s iPhone stopped working & she is reliant on it for her diabetes sensor App. Took the phone into Uxbridge store & the guys couldn’t have done anymore to help. The motherboard was faulty so needed a new phone which they helped to set up & transfer the data, Apps etc. Nothing was too much trouble & the price matched a new phone with John Lewis. Definitely going to use them in the future for any mobile issues. Thank you for being so helpful & supportive
