Jâutilise PhotoWorks depuis plus dâun an.
Au début, jâai rencontré quelques bugs lors de retouches importantes, mais le service technique a été rapide et efficace.
AprÚs lâachat de la derniÚre version, le programme se fermait au lancement des photos. Finalement, le problÚme venait de mon ordinateur : aprÚs un reformatage, tout fonctionne parfaitement.
Câest un logiciel simple, intuitif et adapté aux débutants. Je recommande toutefois de tester la version gratuite pour vérifier la compatibilité avec votre PC avant lâachat.

A very disappointed experience
I was using the free version to erase background on a photo and when I try to save it the sistem said I need to buy another version so I buy the standard version. But when I try to use the standard version to erase the background and save it . The sistem said I need to buy another versionð³ I understand each versions have their owns characteristics but erase background is something the free online version let you make so is hard to believe that the standard version do not include it. I ask immediately for a refund and they said you have to buy another version you already know erase background is was not included and this is NOT TRUE. I would never recommend Photoworks. Could be good for photo editing but client services are horrible.

J'utilise PhotoWorks depuis de nombreuses.
J'ai acheté la nouvelle version 21 Pro. Je suis trÚs déçue. Le programme plante tout le temps. Il se ferme alors que je suis en train de travailler une photo.
Du coup, j'ai réinstallé mon ancienne version 9.15 qui date de plusieurs années (pas de plantages avec cette version !!!)

Photo modifications made easyâŠ
Having used other Photo modifications programs, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the mods in this program. There is a slight learning curve to get comfortable with this program, but acceptable. For an immature photog this is as close to perfect as you will find. Mainly, the price is right!

Somewhat useful app, but bad business model
While the app offers various useful features for photo editing in one place, some of the feature or functionality is/are available only as extra paid add-on. That is a very bad business practice. Photoworks app company should be ashamed of swindling customers by bundling clickable menu item(s) which require additional payment to activate. Also, it seems updates to the app also require additional payment! What a scam business!

A so so experience with this company
I ordered Photoworks around Christmas and the download I received was one of a trial version of the program.
It took a long while to start getting help.
We have been writing back and forth since December 26, and only recently (mid January) was the issue resolved. It took a long time, they do not respond quickly. It is truly unfortunate there is not phone service. Talking to someone makes a difference.
Although the program is now working for me, I did ask a refund many times and it was always ignored until I posted my previous review on this site.
I think they could improve their customer service greatly. May be make it more personal.
