Checked out one of his offerings, signed up for the newsletter. We were offered original files to follow along but they weren't available. After a few days, I started getting way too many emails trying to sell me something. This site is way too aggressive. I get people need to make money but this site has a stalking mentality. Asked to be removed from all emails. It wasn't done and continued to be harassed. I needed customer service to do it. Very unprofessional. Had to deal with 2 employees that didn't even talk to each other which made the process more frustrating and it took longer. Stay away from these guys!

Have been a fan and subscriber for several years. I went to log into my account only to see everything in my library was gone. After messaging them everything was restored with no questions asked! And by the next day!

I was having trouble with files they would send me. Literally it wouldnt open, but I asked for help and they've been super nice about it. Great, great service!

Serge offers many products and insights into photography techniques. He almost always gives a money back guarantee, though I have never had to use that. I find the products and training useful and applicable to anyone looking to learn landscape/cityscape photography.

I have purchased many courses from PhotoSerge.com and have learned a great deal from watching them (I still have many hours of viewing still ahead of me). My photos (according to others) have gone from "good" to "breathtaking" and "stunning". I have used Light Room Classic, Photoshop, Luminar 4 and Luminar AI (and I am waiting for the Luminar Neo to be released and hope that Serge will create a class for it as well.)

The classes are incredibly beneficial and very affordable. The support team has responded very quickly whenever I have contacted them.

Serge was disturbing me with so many sales newsletters... I ignored all of them. And then I went inside of his FB group and wanted to present my photo, and he didn't care at all... On Facebook, I posted this picture and the people loved that picture... unfairness... Serge said even my photo is underexposed, it was not exposed but he did underexpose it so that my whole photo was very dark. ... Then I asked the famous Photograph Joel Sartore (my previous mentor) afterwards, what he thinks about my picture: Looks very nice. Good moment, interesting light.

I just started with Serge watching his webinars. It took me 3 days to win a prize using his techniques. I used three different softwares. Because my computer is not capable of running photoshop or Lr or luminar AI. I was able to win first prize 500 dollar external hard drive.I love his webinars so much I stayed up to 5 am to watch one last night. I learn so much in just his webinars. I purchased Zero to Pro so excited to finish the course.To see what i can do with photos then.Thank you so much Serge,your an excellent teacher.

Excellent tutorials...always tons of info. Extremely talented photographer and his customer service is excellent as well! I'm a multi-repeat customer and huge fan.

I had some issues with setting up my account. The response from customer service was quick, friendly and very helpful. Thumbs up to you 👌🏼

Recently had a problem getting purchased items loaded into my account. I didn't receive any response when using the contact form on the website, but when I emailed photoserge directly, I received a quick response and the problem was resolved. Very helpful and instructive tutorials and presets.

I purchased PHOTOSERGE LLC on the 18th DEC 2021. Since then i have tried to enter my account several times - far more than i dream to remember, & have gone through the actions of changing the passwords lots of times & STILL not able to get into my account. I will be going to the bank tomorrow to try to get a refund on this matter. Very bad set up indeed to try & enter your paid account....i wouldnt recomend this at all im afraid to say.
