I’ve had a really bad experience with them. They charged my credit card, and I never received my pack. The customer service was terrible, and their communication was awful. They took my cards away, and I’ve been dealing with them for over a week. It’s not a good place to buy cards.

Für mich eines der besten und vielseitigsten KI-Medien-Tools
Ich nutze Phygital+ seit einigen Wochen und bin sehr begeistert! Die Benutzeroberfläche mit den Schnittstellen-Knoten war anfangs etwas ungewohnt, aber man findet sich dann doch schnell und gut zurecht. Besonders toll finde ich die große Vielfalt an KI-Modellen und Funktionen. Es ist sogar Midjourney integriert (allerdings nur im Teams-Abo enthalten). Man kann nicht nur Bilder erzeugen, sondern auch Videos (u. a. mit Veo und Sora). Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Das Team von Phygital+ ist sehr kundenorientiert und offen für Feedback. Anfangs waren manche Nutzungslimits direkt auf bestimmte Modelle bezogen; auf Anregung einiger Kunden wurde dann auf ein Credit-System umgestellt, sodass man jetzt viel freier in der Nutzung ist. Alles in allem kann ich Phygital+ somit bestens empfehlen! :)

Pygital has a lot of potential
Pygital has a lot of potential. I signed up for a plan about 3 months ago. Ran into a few issues and reached out to them, haven't heard from them at all. The tools is great, but customer service is non-existent. If you run into an issue, don't expect support right now. I have issues unresolved even now that are going on 4 months old. However, the tool itself seems ready to grow into one of the best tools on the market. They just need to focus on getting a following by way of building the community.

“All in one service”
I like that several neural networks are combined in one service and are convenient to use. Thanks to the flexible system, it’s possible to manage several projects simultaneously. I would like the developers to add support for the Russian language. This is the only reason I’m reducing the rating by one star

What I realized fairly quickly with Phygital is that it achieves something few platforms manage to do—it strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and complexity. The interface is incredibly user-friendly for beginners, allowing me to get started without feeling overwhelmed. Yet, as I grow more comfortable, I can seamlessly unlock advanced features that empower me to take my projects to the next level. An amazing software for AI image generation. Allows for realistic images and great prompt crafting. Perfect for creating images for a social media content calendar and the flow chart interface gives maximum control. Plus new models and systems are added a lot. 👍

I’ve just begun exploring Phygital+, and my first workflows are now coming together. The visual, node-driven layout immediately stood out to me — it’s refreshing to see every step of the process laid out so clearly. Rearranging actions or adjusting logic feels natural since everything stays in front of you rather than hidden in layers of menus.
Using the platform has been surprisingly effortless. The workspace is clean, the tools are easy to reach, and the overall environment encourages focus. Even as a new user, I’ve found it straightforward to understand and navigate. My early experience has been positive, and I’m excited to continue building with it.

I was very reluctant to give Phygital+…
I was very reluctant to give Phygital+ a second chance, but am actually glad I did. They listened to the users and improved their pricing and offereings. The app is much better now and gives a great variety of engines with an interface and workflow that works well for producing assets that are more valuable then random generations.
