The products do not work as well as promised! UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

My son used the product for over 60 days with zero improvement in his acne. Their money-back guarantee is extremely narrow, and if you have placed a second order for a second month supply to meet the 60 day trial requirements, it cancels their money-back guarantee. This company is extremely misleading in standing behind their product.

I have had rosacea throughout my adult life with some ups and downs, and have tried a variety of prescription medications along the way. I have found a pronounced difference by using Phyla for the last 3 months, and am hopeful that regular use will help continue to decrease the instances of regular and cystic acne.

Product does not work at all. My daughter used it consistently for 6 months with zero improvement. Further, they refuse to send a password reset link and ignored my request to cancel and get logged in, resulting in having to pay for another $99 for their worthless and expensive product. Customer service is only via email so they can ignore whatever they want.

If you live in Canada, expect the longest shipping delays. I was surprised to find out with my recent 2nd order with them from back in November,- that they still went ahead and used Canada Post, which was already on strike for two weeks when I ordered from their website, meaning this product is just sitting somewhere and BTW - it says it NEEDS to be refrigerated. So, the integrity of the probiotic has probably been compromised by now. I have asked for a refund and to cancel the order - I don't have high hopes.

Does it work? It controlled my son's breakouts more than some other products did, but now we are using supplements to assist with his liver - you should research this. He hasn't had Phyla for almost a month, and we have him on Milk Thistle, Berberine, Probiotics and Zinc, and it's working wonders on his face! A problem area under his eye would not go even with Phyla but is 75% reduced with supplements. Start with the problem - it's always the gut and the liver health.

After around 60 days of usage, I think the phyla serum is working. I am still experiencing some cystic/hormonal acne; however, I do feel like the occurrence is reduced and I plan on continuing the treatment for an additional 60 days.

I love the three step program. It’s simple and easy to use. I really enjoy keeping the serum cool in my refrigerator. It’s refreshing on my skin and it seems to genuinely help calm my breakouts and prevent them from escalating into a full-blown war on my face. the moisturizer smells amazing. I wish you made one in a larger size

Been using a little over a month now. Seem to be helping. I love the wash and moisturizer you get with the bundle. Going to keep using. I know you have to keep using to see results. So far very happy with this product.

My skin felt healthier after just one use. It’s a bit challenging to get one pump to cover my whole face but eventually I got the hang of it. My skin has improved since starting this serum, it’s still not perfect but I’ve had much less irritation even when using other actives along with phyla. I’m going to keep using it.

Made my skin worse! They say to wait out the “purge” but who has time for that. I started using Ordinary’s Niacinamide and Zinc with Linoleic acid serum from Krave and a moisturizer and my skin is so much better now. Also emailed twice asking for a refund with no reply.

I absolutely love this system so much. I have dry/flaky skin in some areas and normal skin in other areas, with black & white heads around my nose and chin. This system has brought my skin’s microbiome back to its natural state and balanced it all out. No irritation or redness at all and my pores are way less clogged. The probiotic system is so gentle and effective. It’s been almost 2 months since I started using Phyla and I already see a huge difference. Patience and consistency is key! After using the probiotic system for 60 days, I definitely see improvement in my adolescent son's acne. It's not a magic wand - He still gets breakouts, but it is less severe and gives the older pimples time to heal. There has been no new deep cystic acne in the last 2 months. And I'm happy to see NO irritation or dryness from the products. I'm hoping it will continue to improve as he keeps up his skincare routine.
