Driven by the sales pitch which seemedâŠ
Driven by the sales pitch which seemed genuine , I tried the product which caused an adverse reaction and my body had come out in hives and severe itching .
General reaction to the product is that it does not agree with my body .
I had been charged for 3 lots of muscle protect which is £450 and not been able to use it
They refunded me 2 lots and stated their 90 days refund policy .
As the product does not agree with me, I asked for medical and clinical tests so that I can get peace of mind that the product is safe. They fobbed me off to say itâs a food supplement and doesnât need any testing .
This is a total shambles of a company just ignoring the fact that it has caused me physical harm .
Do not use this product as they just not interested in your well being .
I will pursue this to make others aware that it has not been clinically tested and they refuse to give me evidence even when I asked to provide .
Their business model is not easy to cancel the subscriptions and at nearly £150 each time itâs made to nit easily get a refund .
They make a lot of mistakes and stall for getting things done.
You also have to prove and pay for returns to get a refund.
Everything is in their own interests and not the consumer .
Mae sure you check everything before you buy or commit .

Astonished at the effects of this product. The things they didn't say would happen to a guy approaching 71 and working full time as a parcel sorter are genuinely amazing. In the last 6 months, sure, my energy and stamina have been boosted but my hair has turned from mostly grey to "dark yellow", my skin has had a "free facelift" and my latest BP and blood tests say I can throw away my prescribed medication for Diabetes Type 2, high cholesterol and hypertension. Recently, I had to run half a mile with two pieces of hand luggage in three minutes to make the final "final call" ... gratifying (great fun) to leave all the Airline Staff trailing in my wake, particularly given that I was at least 30 years older than each of them. My lower legs were red and flaky (often itchy as well) presumably due to blood circulatory problems ... they are still discoloured brown but they are smooth and don't itch. Previously, I was starting to get incontinent (yes, embarrassing) but that has gone and I no longer snore badly without my Sleep Machine facemask. I've definitely notice I scab and heal up much more quickly when I acquire small injuries in the warehouse (some of you will know the sorts of things that can break the skin in a warehouse)! I couldn't recommend Muscle Protect more highly than I do, but I hope they save the planet by packing one plastic scoop per order, rather than one per sachet!

Then reading through the ingredients I saw that it contained Turmeric which Iâm not allowed to have owing to kidney failure. I phoned the Call Centre and a very helpful lady spoke to the warehouse and discovered that the order hadnât been processed so she refunded my payment. We chatted for a moment and having explained my ailments she recommended something a sister company offered. To my surprise itâs something that I already take from that company and I swear by it.
So my call received the outcome I wanted from a very helpful person and I am very grateful. Thank you.

Found custoner service person mentioned in another review quite offhanded as well, just offered refund. Physical Nutrition has failed to clarify to customers reasons why it CANNOT deliver to Ireland anymore?

I ordered this product before Christmas, I was contacted any phone and told I had been overcharged my original purchase payment was refunded and a further £120 taken. The product did nothing so I returned one pot and after some wait got my refund. I have today received an email telling me my order has been dispatched, I contacted Physical Nutrition, who told me I had taken the lower price which was a subscription. I was totally unaware. On the phone I was told that the delivery could not be stopped and that I would have to pay to return the product to get my full refund. So buyer beware. I would appreciate a call back to discuss this with someone in authority.

MY HUSBAND IS DEAF AND THEY SAID HE HAD SUBCRIBED OVER THE NET SO I RANG TO TELL THEM HE IS AND WANTS TO CANCEL AS THEY ARE SENDING OUT MORE ...... SHE SAID BECAUSE SECURITY, I CANT TALK ON HIS BEHALF I EXPLAINED 3 TIMES HE WAS DEAF SO SHE SAID .. Product is good but you cannot cancel the subscription . . They keep billing you every six months and sending you a new order. My account says I have no subscription but I have another order being delivered. I am waiting for a reply from them and will have to speak with my bank to stop this. Itâs a shame because the product got rid of my IBS but the company are incompetent at dealing with customers

Glitch with subscription renewal - now resolved
Price increase of 56% from last subscription charge in October 2025. What planet are they on? No prior warning of what I was about to be charged. Just an email saying itâs been dispatched. If I had known about the price increase I would have cancelled. Poor from the company.
I have subsequently been contacted by Physical Nutrition and have received a refund for the amount I was charged that was in excess of the scheduled subscription price. Call was well handled and I am in a much happier place now.

My order was left outside and I found it next day. It soaking out from the overnight rain and all the wrapping had broken up to mush! My porch door was unlocked and my doorbell was working. However delivered it just dropped it on the front path. I emailed Physical Nutrition and have not received a reply. They don't care about their customers! So if you want good customer care DON'T deal with them.

Skiing
I went skiing last week, I have a problem with my left knee, I had no problems at all.
Admittedly I wear a knee support, but I always have. Active 8 has made a difference
Relief from arthritic shoulder pain
After a very painful right shoulder for more than a year, I found Activ 8 reduced that pain very quickly from extreme to tolerable and now not impeding on my daily life. My shouldwr movement remains tight but pain free.
Perseverance pays off
About a week or so before I started taking Activ8 I had a very painful muscle in my right arm, and the rest of the arm and shoulder ached. Only about a fortnight after taking the pills, the muscle pain completely disappeared. But my aching arm is still "uncomfotable" on and off, and I can't lay on it in bed for very long. I am hoping that this will improve with the coming weeks. I also have arthritis in both thumbs, and get periodic pain or discomfort in both. I do use cream which my doctor recommended and this seems to help.
I shall persevere though, and have already recommended Activ8 to mt nephew, who will let me know how he is getting on.

Activ8 does what it says on the Bottle
It's a couple of years since I wrote my first review about Activ8 from Physical Nutrition not to be confused with Activ8 online! They are nothing to do with Physical Nutrition. I continue to take Activ8 for bone on bone pain due to arthritis in my knee. There is no pain at all from the knee. My Consultant doesn't want to operate because of that. But if things do change I can see him again. However after a fall this last May I asked for help from Physical Nutrition. I knew that you shouldn't take Turmeric in particular if you have anti coagulant injections. You have to administer them yourself when at home! I had excellent advice and recently telephoned to move my subscription due to having more left. Again nothing was too much trouble and the subscription will start again in April. I can't fault their customer relations, or the company as a whole. Thank you.
It works
Energy levels significantly better and I feel stronger. Walking has improved and a definite feel of well-being all round. Early days yet but I certainly have confidence in this product so far. Customer after care is great; regular emails with advice and tips to help you make the most of this product.

After radio therapy and hormone therapy for prostate cancer I lost two stone in weight.I have now got back to ten stone . Started training with weights and muscle protect and active8. Feeling a lot better physically and emotionally. Thankyou so much. Michael. By the way Iâm 78 years old.
