Quality physio treatment
Jim is professional and friendly and clearly understood the issues I was having with my neck and back. I would have carried on attending the sessions but I was having travel issues. Thanks for all your help and assistance Jim.

Get Fit For Golf
I coach golf myself and one of the main problems with most golfers is their flexibility.
Jim gives you a flexibility assessment and then gives you a handicap.
As you attend his classes your flexibility handicap will come down.
Providing your technique improves along with the improvement in your flexibility your golf game will improve. No question.

Jim made me feel at ease and he found out quickly what was wrong, gave me exercises to do at home which made a massive difference to my back
