An Independent Gym run by young owners Matt Thorpe and Stephanie Lhamas. Having both worked in gyms as successful personal trainers we decided to create an amazing place for a dedicated community to train at. With over 8 years training and gym experience we have put all the amazing equipment and cool ideas we’ve come across under one roof. With legitimately the best equipment out there today in an environment that can only bring positivity and results there really is no other option. We aren’t here to open 'just another gym' with old dated 2nd hand random equipment. This is a serious place no doubt about it, we are only going to make this place better.

Unbearably loud
Visited with a friend as we were trying o find a gym to go to together, and the noise level is actually painful - their music is far too loud, and it made working out really unpleasant. It felt like being in a rave, not a gym. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

LOUD!
Visited the gym with my mate last thursday, felt like I was in Popworld. Seriously, came out with a headache and ears ringing. I came to workout and see about a different gym, not go deaf. I work with people on the spectrum and if you had someone with sensory issues come visit, it's a form of torture.

The gym is truly like no other
The gym is truly like no other! There is a variety of gym people e.g, powerlifters, CrossFit athletes, bodybuilders, weight lifters and people who just enjoy training! The staff are really friendly and will assist you with whatever you need! They also offer a gym induction which is a personalised programme (FOR FREE)! Equipment is outstanding and they have some top quality stuff on the way at the end of the year!
