Zak is incredibly talented in his field. I’ve been impressed with his knowledge on multiple occasions and have received individual plans to progress in my training with knee pain. His social media presence makes it easy to contact him - and learn new exercises or stretches.

I had been experiencing a bad neck and shoulder pain for 8 weeks. I went to the physio at my local GP practise who said he could only refer me! I then googled this guy! What a find.
Day one, full explanation of what was wrong with me. Full explanation of what he was going to do to make it better. Today is day two since my appointment with Zac. My neck is totally moving again as it should. I am 70% better in terms of the pain I was experiencing!
I have booked future sessions with him because I know just after one visit, that this guy will work wonders!
I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Why wait for NHS to see you if can afford to spend £60 and see results in days !

Phyziofit was recommended to me by a friend and it was worth every penny. I had gone to phyziofit to help with a strain in my back muscles following gym workout and now fully recovered with the help of the physio Zak. Zak was also very personable, friendly and attentive, being intentional building a good rapport with me to ensure he was actually helping with the treatments he offered. Would give 10 out of 5 if I could and can't recommend enough.

As I arrived I was welcomed by Zak, he consulted me thoroughly, letting me know what could be the potential causes for the pains I had and how to prevent them. Very good at what he does, I would highly recommend anyone to Zak. Very professional and friendly, will definitely be returning!!

Zak is a very knowledgable physiotherapist who was quickly able to diagnose my injury and create a personalised rehabilitation plan. 6 weeks on I am back on the pitch playing football, all thanks to the team at Phyzio Fit.

I honestly can’t recommend Phyzio Fit enough! From the moment I walked in, he knew exactly what was going on with my back and took the time to explain everything he was doing to release the tension. I felt comfortable and confident in his hands straight away. He used a mix of techniques, including cupping which I’d never tried before and made sure I understood how it worked and how it would help me. The whole experience was amazing, and I left feeling so much better. Seriously, if you’re thinking about booking do it!

What can I say? I’ve had numerous injuries over the years with powerlifting and football. Zak has developed a recovery plan for me and with a few physio therapy sessions got my mobility up and I don’t feel pain during exercise anymore!! Amazing character and highly recommendable for any ailments big and small!

Went to see Zak regarding some lower back issues. He used various methods to help solve the issue. His very professional and knowledgeable, so his able to use various techniques to solve any issues. PhyzioFit was thorough from his assessments to his knowledge and plans regarding a full knee replacement. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing to my dad and myself and wasn’t rushed at all. He also travelled all the way to Leicester for our home appointment.
