Will never fly with again first they change my flight date without telling me when asked for refund when charge me cancellation fee and did not refund my money till now.no one their to respond the emails . Will never use this airline again.

worst company in the world pia, going to make sure that no family, friends and acquaintances never use this rubbish company. if you are thinking of using them dont. they change flight dates , times route and any other thing you can think of. and worst of all they dont refund. If you are thinking of booking , you may be better off walking it to your destination.

PIA changed my flight Twice I was meant to travel at a certain date to a certain place but they altered both. No compensation and on top of that the flight (9 hours) had 0 entertainment and services. It’s not even PIA- what is wrong with them. Found out I flew with jordanian airways?? The food was bang on average. Anyways they won’t care and continue eating peoples money- as they are only direct flight choice with gene ours baggage options. So please do not fly with them it’s worth the extra money to book somewhere else. I am shocked out their downfall and will never fly again….

Never again use this flight. Always late and canceled my flight.

I really don't want to give a 1 star as this my country's airline but they have screwed us up big time.
They were using cahrted flights and all of sudden from today 1st of November all PIA flights have been cancelled. Seems like the charted airlines didn't receive their payments from PIA and pulled the plug.
I have learnt my lesson NOT TO FLY PIA.

I'm now having to buy one way tickets from another airline to get my family back.

It's a real shame to write this review but I had no choice. Real sad PIA doesn't care about their people.

Booked domestic Flight from Lahore to Rahim Yar Khan. Good customer support during booking but flight cancelled for operational reasons! No intimation no emails.

Great company to fly with. Affordable as well. But need to maintain hygiene and environment

Never Seen Before this Fraud Airline and Notorious Customer Service

I have booked my Ticket From Islamabad to Abu Dhabi on 27th April, 2021 and paid through my debit card. I havnt received ticket invoice or any ticket through email. Even after several calls to these Notorious customer service in Karachi Pakistan download my ticket from website. Now after more than one month, still waiting for my Ticket invoice in order to claim ticket reimburse from my company.
Please donot donot use this Airline

I booked a flight with PIA through TravelGenio website PIA ticket number 2147537611448 and reference number back in December 2020 the airline cancelled my flight and has still not provided a refund it has now been 4 months. They refuse to acknowledge that they have received any payment and that it is TravelGenio who needs to provide me with a refund.
Their contact number rings but no one ever answers which is very annoying.
I have had no luck with this airline and I would not recommend them to anyone. Stay well aware of them and do not book any flight with them.
I have had emails from TravelGenio stating the following when asked what is the reference details with PIA for my booking.

Dear client,

Thank you for your answer.

We inform you that the airline reference code is 7A22GJ

And your ticket number is 2147537611448

Can a responsible agent at PIA Airlines answer my query and refund me for my flight ASAP. I am now fed up of chasing up.

They are an absolute disgrace like many other institutes in that country.
It's my appeal to everyone here, not to fly with this garbage flight service so that it can go down as soon as possible because this is not a flight service but it's PIA (PAIN IN THE ASS) which shouldn't be there!

Pris à un vol de Paris à Islamabad, deux de retard et le pire c’est que nous avons atterrit à Lahore sans aucune explication. Puis c’était a nous meme de partir à Islamabad qui je rappel était la destination finale, aucune dispositions de retour pour la destination ni vol ni bus, rien. Aucun compensation non plus. Je n’ai plus jamais repris cette compagnie.

Very poor service refused boarding and then noted on the system passenger did not arrive and the call centre wants to charge people for there mistakes , still ongoing issue

Poor service, old airplane you can feel the springs in the seat, expensive flights, poor quality food, other customers are rude the whole experience is always poor. The only reason get a two is for air crew and pilot.

My cousin has experience with this airline and it was very bad. The staff was very rude and it is unsafe to fly.

Unsafe to fly with. Extremely low safety records. They on the path of total ban from many countries. Leading to total bankruptcy.

Best 👍 it is. But this is also trueSome things are present which needs to be improved. So maybe I can say then good it is.
