Awful company. Cannot speak to anyone and if I do get through Iâm told everyone is in a meeting.
I was guaranteed Christmas delivery, and still not been delivered - they canât even tell me the tracking number for DPD!
No one can help me - so basically I might as well got £60 and chucked it down the drain!

After spending days designing my photo book planning to gift it for xmas, it is impossible to order one as they are momentarily not available! I chatted with a customer service representative and they cannot tell me when it will be available again, meaning there is no way I will get one in time for xmas and I had to start all over on another site and rush through it to order for xmas. That's a simple no go! You need to put a clear banner on your site notifying your costumers about this especially right before xmas when everyone is ordering such gifts. Thank you for replying but there is nothing that can be done now. It is too late. Besides there is no order number as whenever I wanted to place my project in the cart it was not letting me.
