It's always a pleasure to purchase my tea lights from Pick n melt they burn beautifully for hours. Always posted out promptly. Helen is also a lovely person to communicate with and when I ask for a different colour tea light they're always spot on. Thank you very much Helen 🙂

Customer service is excellent: fast, efficient and extremely helpful. I love the candles, diffusers and wax melts. The products are long lasting and the range of scents is phenomenal!

I like this company Pick n Melt,there candles are always of high standard and my order is dealt with so quickly and i receive it in a matter of days.

Have been using pick and melt now for while and I love them.the small melts are amazing and last for ages.i also use the tealights they are the best ever. Also Helen and dave are first class with customer care.

Hi there! I brought some of your melt bars at the craft fayre on Saturday and just wanted to let you know how amazing they are!!! Being a bit of a wax melt addict I’m always buying from small businesses but yours have been without a doubt the best smelling ones I’ve tried! I put the baby powder one onto burn at 1pm today and it’s still going strong 😂 I would say 90%of the melts I’ve tried lose their smell after a couple of hours max and have that horrible wax smell but not only does my house smell amazing but you can smell it from the street 😊

I initially bought some soy tealights to try out, with a view to replacing my stash of other "miscellaneous" tealights; I wanted to use a more natural product. I now regularly purchase the soy tealights which burn very cleanly with a steady flame for a good duration. I like purchasing from a UK company which hand makes the candles. The online ordering system is excellent, there is good communication from the vendor, and the product always arrives promptly and well packaged. I have only just started recording reviews on Trustpilot, and this company stood out as one that I use regularly which is deserving of positive feedback!

Visited the Port Solent waterside market today and couldn’t resist buying some wax melts and candles as the fragrance selection was very tempting indeed. I’ve not been disappointed as I’ve been burning a melt this evening and the smell is sublime! Will defo be placing an online order soon - thanks :-)

I have bought items from this lady before when I came to port Solent and a fate in portsmouth. I love these melts as they give off a lovely scent which I can smell when walking into a room, which last a while. A Very helpful lady,

This is a great company. I ordered again from pick n melt and was not disappointed. Wax melts are excellent and the scent throw is very good. I’ve had family and friends visit, they commented on the scent and the wax melter wasn’t on!! The array of scents is amazing. The fragrance is excellent. The vanilla scent is exceptional. Only downside (not a criticism) i have more scents i want to try and i’ve not even scratched the surface. Oh well i guess i’ll need to spend time today, selecting more…
