So nice, got this for bad skin, and it helps perfect.

Placed an order on 1st March for one item, then they added another which ended up with 2 invoices. Which they took payment for.
I contacted them immediately as I wanted to cancel the order all together.
This continued with emails every day to be told the order was being processed.
Every day I asked for the order to be cancelled and everyday I was constantly told they couldn’t refund me due to it being processed.
Today the 20th of March I receive the order.
The service I have received is absolutely appalling.
They gave me a refund of 10% then another for 20% which isn’t what I wanted.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone order from them.
Any reputable company would have refunded as requested. I’m now out of pocket by a considerable amount.

I like there products. Hold on the good work.

I ordered Pre & Probiotic & SK9 Syn biotic k9. On the 28 February on a next day delivery, arrived on 19 march that is not next day. Email the company to see where my delivery was at least 20 times got no reply sometimes. I will not ordering again from this company

Finally found something that works for my precious fur baby! Poppy's skin was in such a state before, but after 3 weeks on SK9 she's like a different dog! Her coat is absolutely gorgeous now 🌟

My gorgeous boy Bruno (French Bulldog) has had chronic ear problems since he was a pup... NOTHING worked until we tried SK9!

Absolute rubbish product. I have a Mastin with a yeast issue and I reckon feeding him 'smarties' would have done better. In all £168 spent. I see the company have now changed their name - Is this because of the bad reports to the original named company ?!
Total scam, don't waste your money. Go to Amazon and buy registered Dog probiotics and save your money

My precious angel Aurora (toy poodle, 3yo) has had the WORST skin issues since she was a puppy! Literally tried EVERYTHING! Then found SK9 and OMG the difference is AMAZING! Her coat is literally GLOWING now! ✨

listenup every1! if ur dogs got itchy skin u need to try this! my boy bruce was scratching like mad but its well better now. bit pricey but worth it innit. knocked off 1 star coz the pot could be bigger.

Proper good stuff this. Our Rover had manky ears something chronic, vet bills were doing me head in. Been on this 2 months now, ears are champion. Dead happy with it.

Proper impressed with SK9! My old boy's had horrible skin problems for years! Nothing else worked until we tried this. His coat's gorgeous now and no more scratching. Worth every penny!

Does what it says on the tin. Helper my springer’s ears but still having some skin issues. Early days though, might improve with time. Delivery was spot on.
