Took a booking on their website then called me later than day after charging me to advise they cannot do it as they are fully booked. Do not recommend.

GemLightBox is the best addition to our office! It is user friendly and photos are sharp and crispy. We are truly happy about this light box. The after sale service is fantastic! We were able to request help in our office, and Jacky went above and beyond in showing us and answering all the questions we had. It is definitely a great help to our photo imaging needs!

I purchased a gemlightbox pro a few weeks ago. It is amazing. I had fourteen bracelets to list and market. The photos and software are amazing. I was able to fairly quickly take the set of 14 photos (aerial plus 4 photos) and then populate them into a catalogue. I am so happy that I have Gemlightbox pro!!

Problem solving skills is unbeatable . Sufficient knowledge on filter, brightness and tone. Outstanding technique on teaching the user to place all those physical devices and even jewelry piece.

Purchased a GemLightBox & was initially facing some difficulties in using it.
However, after contacting Jocelyn from Customer Success, she was able to efficiently and effectively guide us through the steps so that we can properly fully utilise the GemLightBox!

Good , easy to make fotos sugession . If the had an option to adjust by diming the light , would be better ,

We purchased the Gem Lightbox Pro in October 2022 to photograph ongoing inventory, appraisals, etc. The lightbox DOES take wonderful photos using their app and an iphone, HOWEVER this is NOT the case when using an android-based phone.
Two of my employees (one employee has an iphone), the other and myself have Samsung Galaxy Phones (one S10 plus, one S22 plus) and although the android phone's cameras are amazing on their own, they are not capable to achieve a perfect or near perfect, white background when using the Picup Media's app and Gem Lightbox Pro.
My people here spent COUNTLESS hours speaking and emailing with Picup Media's tech people over many weeks, only to learn in the end (yesterday, 12/23/22) that there is no further help that they can assist with, and that we're on our own at this point.

To be honest, I feel completely DUPED by Picup Media and their DISHONEST claims that their product will work equally with either iphone or android. We will now be forced to spending more money to purchase a dedicated iphone to use with this lightbox, which is already grossly overpriced.

Jocelyn was so helpful. They did their best to help me find a solution. Thanks a lot for the support team of picup media.
